The instructions are a little difficult to understand but I'm new to camcorders so I'm still working on it. I had a problem with the charger and had to replace it but it took a while to figure what was wrong. The seller was very helpful in that and was very concerned that I was happy. I appreciate the concern and would buy from them again. The camera has a lot of adjustments and features and does take excellent films.

This camcorder is not terrible for the price. But the seller defiantly lied about the 60fps recording. This camera is set at 30fps no matter what resolution, frequency, or quality of the image is selected in your settings. This doesn't mean it is a bad camera, overall it is fine for regular family video to just view for later. But if you want to use this for any kind of real youtube production, a cool vacation or business trip documentary, or for anyone you want to impress with your content then this isn't for you.My advice is save a little bit more and shoot for a camera in the 400$-600$ range as those will more likely satisfy your need for quality video recording.

Bought as a Xmas present for my son as a starter piece for filming, he seems to like it said the quality of pic and sound was good.

My product arrived in good order and everything works. I am excited to get started using it.

Nice little camcorder. I'm still learning how to use it but it seems to work just fine. The issues I have are the remote won't work. Even with a fresh battery, it doesn't work. That was one reason I chose this camera. The bag is a joke. As soon as you attach the battery, the bag barely closes. No biggie for me. I have a bigger bag. And, the users manual doesn't say anything about the remote and isn't really clear on instructions for use. It needs updating.

Microphone quality, even with the cumbersome add-on, is sub-par. Because of size there is a lot of shake in video but does OK when mounted on tripod. It was cheap and got the job done but will probably be tossed.

I love the size over all have not did any night shots yet the reason for 3 stars will update when I do and will be getting another one . But remote do not work no mater what can't get it to work,
