The dust cover is very thin and not heavy duty. Not sure how long it will hold up. Over priced for what it is.

These are very good. I actually got them to cover displays at my job after covid and they have worked really well. They are opaque and sturdy and hold up great.

Nice cover, and does exactly what it's supposed to do, and does it well. Because of where I store my microscope, I wanted something that blocks light, and this does a great job.

Completely covers the microscope and the digital camera protruding from it.

The vendor seems to have no clue, so I thought it good to leave a description. The dust cover is not made of "plastic." Nor is it parachute material. The material is tight-weave nylon as is used for a cheap rain jacket. As such, dust cannot get through. Parachute material is heavier gauge "rip-stop" nylon. Here are the dimensions, also woefully lacking in the description: Longer height: 20 inches; shorter height: 17.5 inches; width: 7.5 inches; depth: 13.5 inches. This product will cover a large microscope whose components may stick out in weird directions, making it difficult to measure for fitting. But the wide skirt of this dust cover assures that it will fit over and cover all of the protrusions. It covers a Swift SW380T trinocular scope with a smartphone attached to the trinocular port, with three inches of skirt left at the bottom. For the price you could get a rain jacket made of the same material; but I suppose that the low volume of sales fetches the price. I could not find any other dust cover that would fit a microscope at a lower price. Juicer, kitchen mixer, coffee maker etc. dust covers are too small. Swift included a useless dust cover with my microscope. It covers about 2/3 of the scope...
