I use this for making a high protein pudding. Add a couple scoops of chocolate protein powder and maybe even a peanut butter powder, and it's an amazing snack that serves its protein loading purpose.

The delicious way to satisfy a sweet tooth
I use this in place of sweet, sugar laden desserts. The pudding is as sweet as can be and I garnish it with sugarless whipped cream and a cherry on the top ! I estimate when I add up all the calories it's barely 50 or 60.

amazing i use w 0% greek yogurt and add blueberries and its delish i completely recommend. i feel like i get acne when i eat too much sugar and this is a great alternative.
