Easy to install and accurate!

Got this to monitor the temp of a pellet stove vent pipe; the pipe is 4" OD, the spring that came with it was way too short, added a bit of chain & bent the 'ears' a little bit and it works great

They will ballpark your temp but not as accurate as you may need. worked for my application checking supply and return on radiant system. appar to be off on each of the 4 I purchased.

Work great! I bought them for my hydronic floor heat so I can see the Delta between in and out temperatures at the manifold. Inexpensive and effective.

Placed them all around my geothermal piping. They are accurate as I could have imagined. Probably going to purchase a few more.

Says it comes, "Complete with spring for attaching to pipe" yet there isn't one. And considering the price and my lacking ability to travel... I can't return it without paying more than it's cost again. As far as I'm concerned, just buy something else instead.

The Guage was easy to install and works well. I do wish it stood up from the pipe as I have it on pipe to shower head and it would be easier to read while in use.
