Pros:-Large pillow, you can roll twice and still be on it-Really soft memory foam pillow, feels amazing and retains its form when you take the weight off-Not too thick, just the right height to support your head without straining your neck-Great as a back pillow too, I was using it to support my lumbar area while leaning back on my computer chair, and this maintains form perfectly and gives great support.Cons-This pillow is long, too long for normal pillow covers, I solved this by putting two pillow covers together as you can see in the pics-Initial smell of memory foam as with all memory foam products, air it out for a night and it will smell like nothing afterwards, not really a con since at least you know it's legit memory foamOverall-Definitely one of the best memory foam pillows I have, even beating one that I bought bundled with my tempurpedic mattress which was too high. This doesn't hurt my neck and it feels like sleeping on a cloud

This is the first time I've used one of these super supportive pillows with the contour for neck, and the first time I've used a memory foam pillow too. Normally I'm a flat as can be pillow person, but I began meditating a couple of months ago and immediately had to use a puffier pillow but it still wasn't supportive enough and I would scrunch and bunch it all night to try to get it to do what this pillow does all by itself. It's extremely comfortable and I have used it blissfully every night since. I have no point of comparison re: other contour pillows or memory foam pillows, but for a person with a solid neck and spine who sleeps on side, this is just right.

Do not buy this product. It has been two days and half waiting for this pillow to grow and it hasn't. It doesn't look or feel as firm as the picture makes it look. The foam feels like a cheap foam you can get from any package. Sent an email to support with pictures and still waiting response. As soon as you purchase the pillow they send you a list of instructions and one of the main ones are "wait at minimum 24 hours before use" well is been almost 36 and I haven't been able to use this pillow. Don't waste your money, I'm going to ask for a refund as I type this.Update 11/3/19- now they wrote me an email that now I have to wait 72 hours before the pillow fully expand. Ridiculous!

This pillow is just OK for me. The lower side is somewhat flat, not rounded, so it does not tuck nicely under your neck to provide good cervical support. Also, the King size is not really king size. It's longer than a standard pillow, but still a few inches shorter than what a King size should be.

I gave this pillow a few months, hoping that I would get used to it. The particular pillow I received did not puff up to 4.7 inches; instead, it's barely 4 inches. I need a little more elevation to help breathe at night and end up having trouble sleeping. Oddly enough, I also end up with neck pain, which I have never had from a pillow before. So while this pillow might fit the bill for some folks, I have learned it certainly doesn't work for me.

Pros: It’s a large memory foam pillow. I’d say the width is comparable to most pillows, but it’s also longer than most pillows. I like how it comes with a pillow case to protect the pillow. It also comes with a large carrying bag, which would be good for traveling.Cons: it’s a little bit flatter than I expected but I don’t mind because I can easily fold it if I want more height. It also takes a few days to “reinflate” into its normal size after you take it out of the small box.

I was not a big fan of memory foam pillow. I brought this for my gf. However, this pillow changed my mind! I really like its height, just about right. Most memory foam pillows on the market are too thick. It is not too firm or soft, it has no odd smell and the quality is well made too. You need to wait for about 72hrs letting it reshapes, but totally worth it. Nice pillow and customer service too!
