I have used this product for many years as it was recommended to me by my local health food store. There are many different kinds of magnesium, but this one serves my needs well. I won't be without it. It does help with brain and heart health, as well as, intestinal without giving you a run for your money.

This product saved my life. I was low on my mineral trace, and experiencing irregular heart palpitations. During the pandemic, medical care was challenging. These tablets are really great for heart health, but my acupuncturist told me that we all tend to have tense muscles and these tablets will relax the muscles without leaving you with a hangover or that groggy feeling from actual meds. I take 2 at bed and they work along with melatonin to help me sleep, and if I get cramps in my calves or have a tough day, I take one. They work wonders for calf cramps - if you get them, you'll know what I mean.

Oh mama! Brutal leg cramps, for a year or so, waking me up at night, and creating general havoc in the household. I have been taking these for 6 months. Within the first two weeks, the cramps had stopped. One cramp in six months, and it was ridiculously mild. Highly recommended. Clearly, night time leg/foot cramps have a number of different causes. I drink a lot of water during the day and have to replenish my potassium. I do not eat bananas because they give me indigestion. I used to get cramps in my side and legs. My doctor suggested taking a Potassium with Magnesium supplement. I have tried others and most of them are like taking horse pills. These are easy to swallow and work great.
