The overall quality of the frames is very good. They're sturdy, they come with real glass, and they can be stood up, hung horizontally or hung vertically. They are not front loading frames which is something I prefer especially when using real glass.What I don't like about these frames is that the opening is smaller than 8.5 x 11 so it is difficult to take the document or artwork in or out without causing damage. I know the description says this is done on purpose to hold the document better, but because of the way the back loads it is entirely unnecessary to make the opening smaller. I'm also disappointed because the item I created (as a gift) for these frames ends up being slightly cut off when positioned in the frame.

Came in nicely and individually packed. Quality material. Easy to put in certificates with very nice finished borders.If need be, will buy again. Would recommend highly. Great buy for the money. Love it!
