Smart Hub, WiFi Gateway for Smart Lock, G2 Gateway for Remote and Voice Control, Compatible with TTLock App, Alexa

The media could not be loaded.  I'm not going to write a long review, but here are some key points for this lock:Pros:- Fast installation (especially if you use the 3M tape instead of drilling the top screw base)- MULTIPLE ways of entry ( hard Key, key Fob, Bluetooth, fingerprint, code). You'll (virtually) never need your keys again.- Stylish and aesthetically pleasing. The numbers are actually bright and clear.- TTLock app is convenient. Can set locks in groups and pair to Alexa.Cons:- the template for installation can be improved.- you must buy the gateway for wireless application with Alexa and it must be the correct one.- The TTLock app can be a bit finicky (primarly with the Bluetooth connection) but it's nothing really.Conclusion:I love it. I'd give six stars if I could.

The electronics and features seem great. I set up codes, fingerprints and fobs before installing. I was extremely disappointed to find that the deadbolt goes out, but not in. On further inspection, it appears the deadbolt is missing pieces.I ordered a replacement before starting a return - faster to do it that way.The replacement looks OK. We will see.....UPDATE: replacement has all working parts. Pair this with the G2 hub, and you have simple control. I have a vacation rental, and the lock +G2 hub + app is great!I can set and view lock codes remotely. I can check what code has been used to enter (guests, cleaners, family). Very happy with this lock.

I'd purchased a Kwikset keyless lock last year which worked well, but was annoyingly loud when the lock/unlock mechanism was activated. That made it impossible to use my front door when leaving for work in the morning because it would resonate through the house. I dealt with it but ended up using the side-door for a while, but that wasn't ideal.My Mother-in-Law ordered this item and asked me to install it for her, so I did. I was very pleased by how easy it was to set up, and most importantly, HOW QUIET IT WAS DURING OPERATION - so I did what anyone would do, I ordered one for myself. Installation is pretty simple, setting up the fingerprints/key-codes, etc is very smooth. All around a great device!

I like this lock so far, it’s only been a month or so but it functions as it should for now. The physical keys it comes with are a little goofy.The part I didn’t like is that it required putting a third hole in the door above the main cut out hole. This means if you were to ever have to replace this lock with something else, you may be stuck with a hole in your door. I installed it without creating the additional hole for the bracket and it seems to be secure enough in place

The installation instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Total installation took me only 10 minutes. And also easy to program our own custom code. I assumed this lock comes with 2 card keys when I ordered but it turns out to be 4. Another feature I like is you can set up temporary password for individual that expires on a specific date, which is convenient if you have visiting family members. Definitely recommend this smart lock if you don’t like having to find a key to lock or unlock your door deadbolts.

This lock does not have the remote capabilities you think it will and drains batteries quickly. Batteries require changing about once a month because it will not work properly even at 65% battery life. I’ve resulted in using the physical key more likely than not. You can also not remotely lock/unlock or reset passwords without being within a few feet from the lock which is basically when you’re home. I thought the app and range would have better functionality. Not worth the price or the hassle of the install.

I really love this Digital Deadbolt lock by Narpult! I purchased the Oil Brushed Bronze. They had me at digital, made from zinc and compact. It took me all of 15 minutes to install. I didn’t even read the instructions! I followed the video.I also didn’t use the 2 extra screws for inside battery area and the top (screw D & E) as my door is steel. Still installed very securely.Ladies you can do this!My Man Child was like you installed this lock???? HaHaHa!! Yes sir!!

Very nice lock, unfortunately it doesn't work properly. Lock is unlock, and unlock is lock. So to unlock it doesn't even require a code. 😑 We did try what the manual said to fix that problem but it's still doing it.
