Nice flavor and decent price
These are nice to put in your bag and go. They mix well. The flavor is nice. It’s a tad sweet, but honestly I prefer that. It’s a good price for a small box. It’d only be more cost effective if you bought them in bulk

I bought these because they were more affordable than other brands. Unfortunately I am not a fan of this particular flavor. I also didn’t realize how much sodium is in them, but I’m sure this might be the case in general for these.They do dissolve fairly easily, but because of the flavor and me keeping in the back of my head the high level of sodium, I didn’t feel hydrated when using.I won’t purchase again.

Health in a drink and very cheap!
Didn’t try yet but same ingredients as the “ Liquid IV “, way less expensive than the name brand! You can drink a pack when you’re older just to keep healthy!

Great flavor and price point. Packets are larger than their competitors, allowing you to make 2 large drinks with one packet.I use these after chemotherapy treatment days because I get very dehydrated and this encourages me to drink while also providing good electrolytes. (I am terrible at drinking plain water)
