Very competent $10 showerhead earphone
So, given that this is "destitute level" audio gear at $10, you need to keep in mind the context of the performance vs the price tag. This costs less than going out for a hearty lunch. If you are expecting god-tier performance for $10, I dont know what to tell you, maybe I should break the news to you that the Easter Bunny doesn't exist. These are a pair of showerhead style IEMs with a non-replaceable 3.5mm cable. Their overall sound signature is warm. The Build: Surprisingly goodGiven that these are $10, they are built quite well. The cable is rubberized, but isnt cheap feeling, along with being relatively hefty in gauge. The housing of the headphones is decently well put together, even if it is somewhat cheap plastic. No obviously jagged edges to be found here. The package comes with a carrying case that is a screw-top tin (I dont know of any other $10 IEM that comes with an actual case). Inside the case, you will find a white cleaning cloth and 2 extra pairs of earbud covers. They went far and beyond what you normally expect from the price point.Comfort: AverageThey sit in your ears decently well enough, the earbud covers do help give the earpieces the ability to grip your ears so they dont easily fall out. There isnt a seal to talk about, as these are showerhead type IEMs. The IEMs, are extremely light, due to them being made of plastic, so they are not very fatiguing to wear. They arent overly large, and should fit most ears I feel. You can wear them for a decent amount of time before you might get uncomfortable.Sound: GoodAs noted before, this is a warm signature. The problem with the price-point, is that you can not expect good resolution. These are not good for analytical listening. The precision of sounds is moderately low, the soundstage is also somewhat small, its there, but its not large in any way. Its like looking at an image on an old laptop, its obviously not high-resolution. but its not as bad as something like watching TV in 480p. For the actual sound response, the sub-bass has a cliff from what I can tell, the very bottom of the sub-bass is just non-existent, Its not super noticeable though, except on songs that have a heavy emphasis on sub-bass. Mid and upper bass are pretty emphasized, so you do get good umph with most bass. The mids are a mixed bag, there seems to be some frequencies that are heavily recessed, so half of the vocals seem good, while the other half seem distant. The treble is decent, no obvious harshness, but no sparkle to give good definition. Overall, as a warm signature headphone, it does very well for the price.Compared to others:VE Monk Plus: really, the Monks were a disappointment when compared to the ShiroYuki (did I mention that its kind of weird that a Chinese company is giving their product a Japanese name?). The Monk overbloats the bass, where the ShiroYuki doesnt completely overkill things. I like to think of this as a better version of the Monk Plus.Overall, I would recommend this if you want to spend just $10 on a pair of earbuds, and are fine with them being warm sounding. Its hard to do well at this price point, and Moondrop continues to impress me with their ability to do so much with what they have on hand. If you can afford more, I would highly encourage you to spend more, $10 is not able to get you anything worth keeping long term and using daily.Edit: added some images. May be somewhat blurry due to bad lighting.

Not bad. For the price, excellent.
At first listen they definitely have a timbre to them, a little bit of a tin-can effect. They benefit greatly from breaking in—leave them running on your computer with a track on repeat for a day.Sound is very detailed and lush, which makes them impressive for an earbud. They never lose their slight metallic timbre, which is somewhat irritating as the last thing you want for transparency is a resonance you can fixate on that won't go away. Despite that, their other qualities kinda make up for it. Super clear upper end and midrange, a slightly boomy but full low end. Pretty fun to listen to!Compared to: Yuin PK3 -- the Yuins are more balanced and transparent, adding nothing of their own, but they have slightly less sparkle and detail and therefore end up having less "wow."Compared to: FAEEL Snow Lotus -- the Snow Lotus are even more resonant and less flat, also pretty fun to listen to but not as accurate as these.Compared to: VE Monk -- the Monks are legendary and special, and for good reason. They're impressive, lush, and transparent all in one. They have their own presentation that's not exactly flat, but makes the music extremely engaging. The Shiro Yuki are the closest other earbuds I've heard to them, and they share many of those engaging qualities. They only get -1 point for that timbre of theirs.Overall, very good, and certainly worth trying out for the price.

Solid, great for referencing back to.
For $13 I don't think it really gets any better than these. They make a great pair of references when comparing to other buds or iems. The one thing is that the tune isn't complete without the foam sleeves. Without the foam they don't seal in your ear and the bass is pretty much gone. When you smoosh them up into your ear the mids clear up, but you're never going to be holding the buds into your ear. That's one of the biggest flaws ive found and I think it just has to do with the fact that it's not the most ergonomic design which is fine for anything in this range.I do find that the sound stage is really narrow, it feels like you took a band and shrunk it down and put it right in front of your chest, but it still is able to let you hear a lot of instrument seperation. In the hifi/chifi field I really don't think it gets better than this for $13
