This knee pillow is great quality and perfect for my needs. I had a full knee replacement six months ago and have been searching and trying a variety of knee cushions. This is by far superior to any others. It's very dense and quite firm memory foam that maintains it's shape while gently supporting your legs in bed. It keeps both knees apart, which is what you need as a side sleeper in later recovery from a full knee replacement to allow healing without the pressure of your other knee resting on it. It's beautiful soft velvet cover is removable and washable. I would recommend this to others post operative after several months.

The media could not be loaded. Comfy and useful pillow to help with side sleeping alignment. The strap helps keep it in place though it likely will move around as you do when you sleep. It's great for when you remember to actually use it. I think it also nicely doubles as a neck pillow because of the middle dip.

This is a very sturdy cushion that I'm hoping might help with my hip issues. It is not the usual triangle shape and is quite bulky, definitely bigger than expected. The cover is lovely and soft, which is nice. I've only given 4 stars because it is so big. Time will tell if it helps or not.

As expected, worth the money

I tried this a few times, but the knee separation is far too wide for me and cause hip discomfort. It is well-made and composed of comfortable soft material with a velvet-ish cover. The securing band is a bit weird, being ruffled like a stripper's garter! :) I've gone back to using a thinner small cushion which is not as convenient. A pity about the thickness, but not for me.

This pillow has finally helped me sleep.Easy to place in position and remains in place all night.It is firm yet comfortable and cover can be removed and washed.The size is not intrusive
