Awesome stuff for basing miniatures
Honestly, Gale Force 9 makes some fantastic hobby materials and tools. This basing material is very versatile and can accent nearly any terrain type with the right amount of painting skill and vision. I've used it for the primary material on a series of ash-waste bases as well as an accenting material for a lava-themed board. Light weight, clean (without any other dirt/grit/hair etc. beyond the natural dust from the material), good medium-sized debris.
