Functionality
Did not stay in place to hold chin up to prevent mouth from opening during sleep. Didn't prevent snoring.

Fell apart,
OK, it's a little complicated to wear, but seemed to work ok after getting used to it, but seriously... I bought it in September 19 and 5 months later it's torn in several places & basically falling apart. The material is just disintegrating.... save your money, here's a case of spending more just got you ripped off....

Not very good.
Doesn't feel comfortable and moves as I sleep. Hurts around the ears and my wife says I still snore but not as loud. Not a good result. Will try one more night but it my have to go back for a refund.
