500 Computer Checks on Top - Printed - Compatible for QuickBooks - Platinum Pinstripe

As a small business owner, this is the absolute best check product for our needs that I have found. We use quickbooks online and consequently the check options run on the expensive end. This is the most cost effective product with the added bonus of getting our logo on the checks which for us was a must have. Also prime shipping was a huge plus, and the two day turn around couldn't be beat. I saw some of the criticisms of the paperweight, no hologram etc. But you get what you pay for, if you want that stuff go fork over the big bucks for it then. (And as a former banker of 10+years I can tell you those particular issues are pretty far down on my list of concerns when it comes to financial security ) The paperweight still stable enough to print accurately and a very commonly used product in business checks. I love this product and wish I had found it years ago when I started using quickbooks, it would have saved our business a ton of money

My last checks were from Intuit. They were supposed to have some protection. But other than a colored border, I couldn't see it. They copied perfectly on my Canon color laser copier. They cost quite a bit too. When I ordered it took almost 2 weeks for them to come. This product and vendor got these to me in a couple days at quite a discount. They too have a colored border and when copied in B&W OR Color, print Void Void Void across the check dark enough that if you adjust the copier down to eliminate it, other things, like the bottom digits for routing and account and the diamond pattern are washed out too. Pretty nice feature. They also seem to fit a standard envelope just like the QB checks. The trick is to put one space line above the top line of the Payee That lowers the address so it's centered in the standard non intuit windowed envelope. By using this check my per 500 check and envelope costs have been reduced from $200 to $90. Not bad, and I think I have a more secure check to boot.

I only wish I had been able to get confirmation or double-check the information going onto the check. I entered our street address zip instead of our PO Box and I would have liked to have seen that so I could have corrected it. Fortunately the zip code isn't catastrophic.Other than the ordering process I'm quite happy with the order. It's far more cost effective than many other check companies who charge about $1 per check for the same type of check. When adding security features they get to outrageous numbers. Compuchecks adds a logo for no additional cost whereas other check companies tack on a fee.They work fine with QuickBooks Online, and they fit the double windowed #9 envelopes I have perfectly, and they look sharp with our logo. The paper is thick enough to hold up to being shoved into sub contractor's pockets, but fed through the printer fine. Therefore the product itself gets 5 stars, which I normally don't give; however I have zero negative critiques.

We were very happy with the quality and paper weight of the first order. However, the second order came on a much lower quality paper than the first, and there were streaks in the color of the check stub portion. Whereas the first order felt and looked like an actual nice quality business check, the second order came on what feels like lightweight plain copy paper and the stack of checks has waves in it, rather than lying flat. We may order from a different company when the time comes to order again.

I just received my order today and I have to say WOW!!! These checks are beautiful. They arrived earlier than projected and they are perfect. They are even shipped in a nice plastic box.In the past I purchased my business checks thru Intuit. The last order was for the same quantity (500) and cost me $293.00!!! AND they took two weeks to receive.I'm never ordering anything but from Compuchecks again.

We were paying around $250 for 500 checks from intuit. That is insane, when you can order them for $70 thru comp checks!! Yeah the paper is a little thinner, and there isn't as many security features (rest assured, there is enough security on these checks) but who cares? Honestly to us a check is a check and if it cost us $200 less than before that means we have more money to write others checks. I heard so people complain about the perforation not being very good, I haven't had that problem at all.We will be ordering these from now on. I may upgrade to the higher security for $10 more, but the cheaper ones we have now are awesome as well.DO NOT KEEP WASTING YOUR MONEY!!! A CHECK IS A CHECK PEOPLE!!! THE PEOPLE YOU SEND THEM TO, DO NOT CARE IF THEY ARE FANCY OR NOT, THEY JUST CARE THAT THE AMOUNT IS CORRECT!!!

Product came in exactly as described. Have been using checks on Quickbooks for about a month, and checks align perfectly. No problems having checks processed by our bank either. Saved us 75% from our previous check vendor.

You can buy checks printed on higher quality, thicker paper but only if you're willing to spend significantly more. This is one of my favorite purchases of the year so far because I shopped checks extensively before deciding to give these a try, and I know what a good buy this was. The service was quick, my checks were printed accurately, and I am a happy camper. I saved a ton of money going with these checks, and they work just fine even if the paper is a little thin.
