I like this for my bandsaw, but also in a squirt bottle of drilling or notching holes. It's better to use than oil if you are going to welding the part you are cutting.

Improove the instructions manual
I definitely think is a good deal. They need to improve the instrinstructions manual : should need to mix with water or not, what percentage (real world example)

Its barely ok
eh, not as good as concentrates. This is legit only going to get you 8gal of coolant, not a good value and not good enough to charge that price.
