Not perfect, but very effective and highly recommended
I’ve had these before, made by a different company, that were entirely silicone and as cylinders (as one part of this package offers). I found they work VERY WELL for me. The set of open-basket-style dilators in this collection is hard… probably not silicone… and at first I thought I’d never be able to use them, but the largest of them turned out to be the ones I reach for.I carefully open my nostrils one at a time and use the hard-plastic dilators to push them out a bit up inside the passage before letting them relax and settle into a comfortable place. The open-sided design is quite comfortable once it’s in place and they tend to stay in place all night. (Please see disgusting photo for details.)I absolutely sleep much more deeply and wake up in the night seldom if at all, unlike before I used dilators. I wasn’t much of a snorer before, but I did have trouble breathing through my nose. My nostrils sort of collapse during sleep, inhibiting free-breathing in bed. There are times now when I realize I’ve worn the dilator down to make morning coffee, and would probably leave them in but for the looks I’d get. Another reviewer mentioned wearing his while biking and agree that’s not a bad idea. Getting enough oxygen is a revelation if you’re not used to it.I recommend these, or try another similar brand if you must. My only complaint is that the very cheaply made plastic box these came in was crushed before I opened the package and it would’ve been handy to store them in.

These work well!
I bought these in the large size after seeing a review that said they ran small. But these actually are large. I think that reviewer must have received the wrong size by accident because these are definitely bigger than my previous ones.It worked out well because these are the perfect size for me, though when I first pulled them out of the packaging, I thought they would be too big. These nasal vents work much better than the other brand I used (the blue cones with the little hearts). I like them better than the ones with slits/holes in them.I'm really happy with them so far. My fiancé has not complained about my snoring since I started using these and I feel like I sleep more soundly/deeply. I rarely wake up feeling unrested the way I did before. So I highly recommend these! These are the best ones I've tried so far. They feel a little weird the first night or two that you use them, but they really open up your nostrils and allow you to breathe deeply. I suggest that if you're unsure/think you might be between sizes, you may want to go for the bigger size because you want them to fill your entire nostril. So it's okay if the nasal plugs seem a little "big" at first. The silicone is soft, so they will be comfortable to sleep with even if they feel snug - However, those neurodivergent folks who have strong sensory issues might have trouble getting used to them. But I think these would work well for most people.

Makes life a lot easier
My nasal passages are a bit constricted. So I can’t easily take in a full breath of air through my nose. So a mouth breather - yawn - on occasion to get more oxygen. Somehow I came across these and am Very happy with them. I have tried similar inserts but these have proven to be the best. I just looked at a case that they came in box of eight sizes. Maybe there’s eight with two sizes each. The downside is only one size and style fits me. So when I buy the pack only 2 pair fit me. They are small - sure, look where you stick them - and I have misplaced aka Lost - a pair from time to time. Then I have to buy another pack to get 2 more that will fit me. These aren’t cheap when you figure how few you will use out of the case. And they are small and you are going to lose one from time to time. So I purchased at least 8 cases, maybe more, so that I always have back ups. They are spendy under these circumstances but I wouldn’t be without them.

HIGH YIELD advice
If you’re reading this, you are also probably afflicted by collapsed nasal valves and love to prop those suckers open while sleeping.I think I’ve tried literally every possible product on the market, and I do think I’ve truly mastered the art of breathing with this product specifically. Other similar products worked, but were much more expensive options (think 3 for $20- blegh), were single-use requiring repeat purchases, unsightly (I’m still young & would like not to alienate my husband), or would tear the skin off my face (literally tho). For me, what works best is to order a large or extra large hard silicone vent (I have a small nose) from this brand. Before using, I cut the plastic vent pieces so that it literally only inserts into my nose up to the level of where my nares collapse with inspiration (usually cut about halfway along the length of each stent). I sometimes also use a nail file to file off the distal ridges so that is smooth / snug. This makes the vent comfy AND maximizes the support— literally my nostrils have never breathed better. The hard silicone is inflexible and props them open without narrowing the lumen of the nostril.Love that these come in a pack of 12 for $10 and are re-usable. Highly recommend playing around with different sizes and cutting them accordingly to find the best option for you!

These work great.
I really found these to help keep my nostrils open so I could stop sniffing. I believe my problem is not congestion , but is related to sagging muscles adjacent to the bridge of my nose. I really liked the basket shape and found them comfortable to wear. My wife doesn't have to listen to me constantly sniffing because my nostrils are open. Great product. I will definitely keep these near.

Great nose vent if you have a problem breathing at night
These nose vent are excellent for me ,they are soft and comfortable .For 4 years I had been using Max Air nose cone , and for 2 pairs per box it was $33.54 from shoppers drugs Mart in Canada , expensive as they were only good for a couple of mounts ,and were not as comfortable as these nose vent for $12.99 for 12 pairs I bought 3 weeks ago , Max Air nose cone was irritating the inside of my nose.If you have a medium nose get the medium soft silicone nose vent , if you have a larger nose then you will need the large one , they also have extra large , but make sure you get the ( soft silicone ) not the plastic as they have a mix box of different size nose vent mix with plastic and silicone .

Nice bright light, bit fiddly to fit
Quick delivery but driver never rang doorbell, (I was in the house) just left it outside. When I found it the package was soggy as it had been raining. Fortunately goods inside were not affected.
