The brakes are VERY STIFF/VERY HARD TO ENGAGE! The right arm is VERY, VERY LOOSE! I would have sent it back BUT my son recycled the box. I did get in touch with the business that had shipped it to me, asking them for advice for the possibility of making adjustments. OR CAN THEY SEND ME A BOX SO THAT I CAN SEND THE CHAIR BACK TO THEM.I BOUGHT THE MANUEL WHEELCHAIR BECAUSE WHEN I LEAVE MY HOUSE TO GO SOMEWHERE I CANNOT TAKE MY MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR . OUR VEHICLE DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE A MOTORIZED WHEELCHAIR. MY INTENT WAS TO TAKE IT WHEN I FREQUENT THE CASINO. BUT I MYSELF CANNOT ENGAGE THE FAULTY BRAKES DUE TO NEUROPATHY IN MY HANDS AND ARMS. Bought this for my mother who had a stroke. It is a sturdy, extremely stable wheelchair, that folds up easily. The leg rests were not included, but the company (Wayfair) sent them within two days. Great value for the money. Great company to deal with.

Quality isn't what it used to be! One of the front wheels is leaning. It appears to be that the pivot support was not welded parallel to the frame.

Bought this for my Dad, great price and great function. Wide seat and everything as advertised!

screws loosened and came out of padded arm. So left arm has no padding and am worried it will continue to fall apart.
