I have scoliosis with one leg shorter than the other. I have tried different types of show lifts. These are comfortable and lightweight. I’m not sure how long these will last as they seem to flatten out relatively quick. Definitely works for what I need them for, just not sure on the long term

i have to use lifts on one side to help keep my hips align to reduce extreme pain from bursitis. i need the height of the three pads here and was worried about shifting. there is no shifting for me and the adhesive holds strong. Also, the transition where the pad ends (before arch) is as minimal as i have found. most my lifts had irritated me at the end point. an added bonus is my foot doesn't constantly slide forward so I'm not continuously tightening my shoe to avoid cramped toe pain... i wish they were a little wider, but i can deal.

I wasn’t impressed with these. They slide around in the shoe and almost pointless to use cause the cushion takes away from the height.

From product description, could not tell height of the lift or how many pads were included(turned out to only be 2 with 4 of the silicone lifts)

I recently found out that my right foot is one inch longer than my left. It was causing a strain on my back. I have ordered quite a few of these so I can put them in all of my shoes. What I really like is the fact that you can stack them as high as you need. I had to do this to make up for the one inch. Someone else might only need a half inch. Great product.

It doesn't really do anything for height.
