RK-HP24-Brim, Hard Hat Cap Style with 6 Point Ratchet Suspension

Perfect. Assembled in less than three (3) minutes. I don't know why others are struggling to get the band into the helmet. I took one minute to look at it, flip it over a couple of times. Then I saw where the inserts went in and in which orientation. Three long minutes because, at first, I was trying to put the whole plastic piece into the slot and not just the smaller part that slides in. The locking tabs do NOT slide in - they slide OVER and snap into place.I *like* the locking ratchet adjustment. I can adjust the fit perfectly for me. I haven't worn it for a long period yet, but it seems comfortable enough. I'll get to wear it longer this weekend. I'll update, if needed.

I believe that I may have received a customer return, the liner was installed backwards, Other than that I love these.The adjustments are nothing more than a pull and twist on the dial and this band is actually comfortable. If you are looking for an inexpensive hard hat, then I recommend this one...It must be good, someone stole the last one that I bought.

Product good not disappointed. The only thing I don’t like about it is that I had to spend so much time putting on the straps in the hardhat. The straps should’ve been put in already when I got the hardhat instead of me spending at least 20 to 25 minutes trying to figure out how to put it in.

Hat band assembly comes separate and has to be assembled in the Hat. No instructions of how in package. It's the first hard hat I've owned and it took quite a bit of time figuring out how to assemble.

Use this hardhat while trimming Trees with a pole Chainsaw. Have been hit on the head more than once.
