Joint problems? This is your purchase
I recently had ankle surgery and purchased this item. Basic cold packs usually lay flat and you have to maneuver it to hit the points where you need it. With this cold pack w/knee wrap, I was able to wrap it around my ankle (even though it says "knee wrap") and it got the entire circumference of my ankle cold. It stays in place and maintains it's chill. My knee has been acting up now too and, again, I'm able to wrap it around the aching joint and move around. This product has been able to relieve some of the pain from my swollen joints.

Disappointed
Disappointed in the design. I didnt sent it back but, I probably should have. I've only used it once. A bag of peas seems to be more user friendly.

Not well designed--won't stay on knee :(
Not a well-designed product. It could use 2 velcro straps to better keep the ice pack in place on the knee. Doesn't really stay on the knee w/ the one big velcro flap.

Worthless. Too small to cover a knee for instance. But more importantly, LEAKED GEL ALL OVER MY CLOTHES ON THE VERY FIRST USE!!

the multiple compartments of the ice pack make it heat up quicker, so doesn't feel cold for very long. Also the seller posted pics that represented velcro on top and bottom (like for knee joint) vs. just the one strap. It is okay if you are remaining seated but if you have to get up for any reason, not ideal. Definitely beats a bag of frozen peas with a rubber band on your leg to keep cold pack in place.

nice product. Fits the knee well and the the neoprem holder has two velcro attachment points which is very nice. The ciold pac that come with it is better than I had originally commented and is very liable. Hold cold for a solid 20 minutes. Could use this on any poart of the leg or an arm. Would recommend it confidently .

Got a hole
Product worked very well until the bag got a hole and the gel started leaking out. Keeping it frozen and putting it in a 6x10" bag fixed the problem. Got the hole by rolling it up, if you keep it flat you should be fine.
