Post-surgical lifesaver
After surgery, I needed to sleep on my back for several weeks, and I'm normally a side sleeper. Having this bolster below my knees made all the difference; dramatically increased my comfort. Quality construction, and while I've not needed to clean it, the materials seem as if they'd clean easily. I think the size would be appropriate for just about anyone.

Knee pillow that really works!
Great sleeping pillow for back pain. This actually works! Been using it for three days so far and it’s already helping with my morning back pain. I used to wake up with extremely stiff lower back muscles ranging between 5-7 on the pain scale. After a few days with the pillow I’m down to about 2-3 in the mornings. I definitely feel a difference. I thought it would be hard to adjust to it also but it wasn’t that bad at all.

Nice cover
Haven't decided if I really like it or not. It is soft but has good support. I really think if it was an inch or so higher, it would be better , for my use.

Helped my knee pain
I love this!! This has helped my knees so much! I am so glad I bought this. It’s a nice firm memory foam and it works great.

Decent option
Has potential for smaller people. I am 5'10 and find this to be too small for me. The lift seems minimal and find that the support on the back of my knees is not enough for me. Could be preference. For someone looking for a soft and small option, this could be good.

Got this for my father and he loves it! He uses it in his chair for better lumbar support and in bed under his knees to keep his spine aligned better.

Serves its purpose
I had this for like 2 years.. I used to work in a warehouse. This took away so much pain after a days work frequently bending my knees to work properly. I work a less strenuous job now and this is like the perfect back or knee pillow.
