As the title says, I'm not sure of the effects on hard water areas but this showerhead looks great, improved my water pressure from the shower a lot, has different speed options and feels much much softer on the skin. I recommend.

I gave this a 4 star rating for one reason only.The shower head is easy to install and works fantastic with 2 different types of shower head types (Mist stream type or more direct).The reason for the 4 star rating is its nearly all plastic decent plastic but the adjusting button to adjust the spray stopped working after 1 week it still turns and clicks but what ever it was connected to in the shower itself is not responding so you have this one constant stream .Other than the adjuster being extremely fragile the rest of the shower itself was fantastic .Currently still able to use it (Till I order a more robust one).

This shower head is excellent and great value for money. The pressure surpasses the low pressure we had. It's really impressive. Would highly recommend, you also get an extra set of beads to top up when they wear out.

Replaced a shower head that has filters and this was almost as cheap as the filters so I have it a go. Glad I did, very good, seems sturdy and because of the pebbles in the head it has improved the power of my shower.

Easy to install but retains water in the head after use that drips. This needs to be addressed by the manufacturer.Aside from that, no more flakey/itchy hair or dry skin caused by hard water. Marks caused by the water on the shower glass are not as bad any more as the water has softened somewhat.

Ben er blij mee alleen de harde straal die wordt beloofd blijft uit. Ik woon 5 hoog in een oude flat. Ik heb boven een waterpomp dus daar kan het niet aan liggen.

Dieser Duschkopf mit Mineralsteinen filtert Schadstoffe aus dem Wasser heraus.Ich bin umgezogen und hatte dann auf einmal Ausschläge auf der Haut.Nach langem Rätseln woher die Ausschläge kommen (Ernährung, Stress etc.) bin ich schließlich auf die Idee gekommen, dass es an der Wasserqualität liegen könnte.Nach Austausch des Duschkopfes mit diesem Duschkopf mit Mineralsteinen sind die Ausschläge komplett verschwunden. Ein Danke an den Hersteller.
