Does it help for heat damaged hair

I use it as a heat treatment. Warm it up in a container of hot water, apply to hair and steam for 10 minutes then rinse it out. Makes my hair more manageable. Smells good too. Hope this helps.

can you leave this oil in your hair?

Yes that’s what I bought it for.!It can be used as a wash out while conditioning. But I use it as a leave in oil.
