HMC Gasoline Caddy - 15-Gallon, Red, Model# GC-15R

I have been looking for something to keep our seasonal equipment with fresh fuel. I keep reading about how old fuel can be detrimental to all kinds of engines, and I'm trying to take better care of our machines. I definitely wanted to find something that could not only fill equipment, but could also drain a fuel tank so that fresh fuel can be added. I struggled a great deal with dropping so much on a glorified gas can, but I was concerned with the number of reviews of cheaper models that talked about pumps that leaked or became inoperable. As leaking fuel can be a serious hazard, not to mention an environmental issue, I decided to invest in quality equipment that I will use for many years.I'm glad I did; this thing is built like a tank (no pun intended)! I am very pleased with the quality, thrilled that it is built in the USA, and am comfortable that It can not only safely transfer fuel without leaking but will store fuel safely without issue. It went together in about 10 minutes, and it even included treading tape for the connections, something that seems to becoming a rarity these days.I did have a small issue with the fuel cap having a defect, but I called the service dept. @ HMC and the rockstar Jenn sent out a replacement the very next day.Expensive - yes, I would say that it is. But given it's quality, it's handmade, the pump is first grade AND REBUILDABLE, it is worth the price. This is a serious man's transfer tank; I couldn't be more pleased.
