No Touch Key Tool, Portable Reusable No touch Keychain Tool for Outdoor Public

I regularly suffer with hip ache, which a quick trip to the Chiropracteur always sorts. With the current lockdown and a chrio visit off the cards I thought I would try and relieve the pain with some massage. This product worked better than I expected! Due to our amazon email settings I didn’t receive the book/app link, but the ball arrived with instructions on how to request it. In the meantime I had a little play around with massaging my hip and my pain was reduced by 50% after. The next day I received the app link and watched the videos. Another 10-15 massage session and my pain is 10% of what it was. Now totally manageable until I can get an appointment. I don’t know if this will work as well do everyone, but if a professional has recommended it to you, I don’t know why you buy any other product when this one is such good quality and you get the added extras!

This massage ball feels nice to touch and definitely hits the spot! In my opinion it’s better than a foam roller. . The ebook didn’t come with my order through Amazon so I emailed Neil at physio kit and the ebook was sent through within 2 days. My year of birth was requested for the app and again within 2 days I had the link to download the app which Neil had set up for me. There are 17 video exercises targeting specific areas with Neil demonstrating how to use the ball on each exercise and how long to do the exercise for. This is a durable, handy ball for hitting those tight trigger points. Not always effective, sometimes it can be tricky to use compared to a foam roller, but it really gets in deep. Would recommend.

Excellent product. I bought this massage ball on the suggestion of my physio. I've been using a foam roller before, which is excellent - but variety of techniques can help. The massage ball is having just the right hardness. The exercises that you get are really good. It is really good for my lower back pain and it promote a better blood flow circulation for all the muscles. Would strongly recommend this ball.

Quality ball, well manufactured, nice texture and feel to it but lacking a storage bag to put the massage ball back into after usage. I use it when i feel tense and need to really unwind through a light exercise. This massage ball gets into the skin and in the deep tissue, provides relief and soothing afterwards. I would recommend this ball for massaging those hard to reach areas.Also note I did not receive any automated email with the ebooks hence overall rating 3 stars.

During lockdown I’ve been exercising everyday using a virtual class with our Boxercise instructor. She has set a programme for the class which is helping us to all to stretch, tone and strengthen our bodies. Over the weeks I’ve noticed that I’m not as flexible in a couple of areas my right arm and left lower back. So I got the ball to see if this would help. I’ve only had it a few days but it seems to be helping release these areas. The online video that comes with it is very useful and shows you which areas to target. Very impressed so far.

Really liked this ball. It is the perfect size with the right balance between solid and a little bit of give.Came with instructions on how to access the ebook, and that in turn tells you how the get the app which has videos and instructions. It is tremendous value to get this level of support, I was really impressed and grateful.

Good prize and great value for money, good quality, one-day delivery. Just the right size and material to use for comfortable massage/rehabilitation. How to use it is quite intuitive and obvious, so I haven't looked at the included App and ebook yet, but definitely will to learn about more options of use. Will purchase another one to have two so I can leave them lying around or use at same time. Definitely recommend.
