Started off great. After 3 months the battery was dead. You need a different charger for this so unless you wish to invest a lot don't bother.

A very good product way to long in coming . With the position we are in with energy instability I would purpose a question to this manufacture along with solar and computerized control interfaced into affordable packages based on customer usages . All I have seen are aether large conglomerate operations based with wall street banking or armature experimentation maid of cobbled together components . Ther are tax deductions available from the Obama administration , some of which I have used . May be it's because other powers that will strike down these possible advances in savings for the middle class existence to start something only to be stopped in mid stream . Again , why are not new technology's integrated together for better life at less expense . Guess that's no longer the American way . This is a great product ! ; Shannon

I purchased this battery to replace the Yuasa lead-acid battery in my 1965 Honda CL77 Scrambler motorcycle, because the lead-acid batteries discharge themselves so quickly and have to be replaced too often. I'm hoping the Shorai will hold a charge better and last longer. I like the fact that the open cell voltage is a bit higher than that of lead-acid batteries; this helps give a hot spark and easier starts. The Shorai battery is smaller, but the foam pads included with it were adequate to take up the extra space. Installation was straightforward. I gave it four stars, not because there are any negatives, but because my experience with it has been so short--only a few weeks. So far so good. Recommended.

Shorai has done me well. I have a couple different ones. they are awesome. SUPER light and compact. they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. in racing, weight means everything. and ditching the lead and moving to lithium is a great way to shed some pounds.

Great very light weight battery. Fitted to a Honda XR650l under the seat. Cranks engine over strong.

Wow this battery is small but strong.... It was a wee bit pricey but it starts the wife's scooter right up even if it's sat for a while. I definitely will be replacing my other motorcycle and scooter batteries with this kind when it's time.
