They aren't kidding about the strength of the magnets! They're definitely strong enough to hold the connection, so long as you don't jostle it too much. I have no connection issues keeping it hooked up Android Auto in my car. Initially wanted these because using Android Auto involved me disconnecting and reconnecting my phone a lot, and I didn't want to wear out the port on my phone. This brings me to my first problem: the magnets are actually SO strong that they regularly pull out the tip that's supposed to stay in my phone! I'll get to work and realize the tip is still attached to the cable in my car.The second and MUCH bigger problem though is a safety issue. The inside of the cable connects to the tip through a series of extended wires. They are recessed inside the cable shroud, but have no isolation between them. If a piece of metal like a precision screwdriver you happen to be using to tighten something nearby gets anywhere close, the strong magnets can literally pull a dangling cord directly to the metal, where it can short circuit the pins and cook your charger. Ask me how I know! These cables work as advertised, but they're best used on a phone with a gently used charging port and BE CAREFUL with any thin pieces of metal (paper clips, pins, etc)!

I love these cables! They scared me a little when I first opened the package, because I couldn't find the little pieces that plus into your devices, but they ended up being in a little plastic bag rolled up in the bottom of the package! I imagine I won't be the only one who has a moment of panic over that!It has a bright green light on the end of the cords, which is great for finding the ends you're looking for behind a headboard or under a couch. The one I use in my bedroom overnight, I put a little bit of elective tape around it to block the brightest of the light, but some actually still comes out of the end when unplugged, so it's great for finding it when you're half asleep in bed!Very friendly customer service, I'll be glad to purchase again!

These cables are great not only does it save wear and tear on your devices connector but if you happen to trip over the cable they detach without even moving the device, The charging light allows you to at a glance tell the status of your charge and here is something else most would never think of. I have a friend who's phone charging jack is completely worn out he constantly is fiddling with it trying to get it to charge so i took one of the magnetic inserts layered it with pieces of packaging tape on one side firmly pushed it into the phone and now it charges perfect. he's pretty happy he doesn't have to spring for a new phone and he gets the added bonus of a magnetic cable, they came early and in perfect shape. I will be ordering more of these for sure

So far they have been next to useless. We have samsung galaxy note note S9+ multiple android tablets and none none of your cables allow fast charging or MTP data transfer connections which defeat the purpose of why I bought them. I even tried a Qi wireless charging pad which also had mixed results with consistent charging/power connections. The magnets are powerful enough to keep the connector attached as you would expect. the USb cables appear durable and sturdy.If you use google home or have various Amazon Tap/echo or whatever devices and fast charging is not a requirment for them.

Used on Google Pixel XLPros: The cord is durable and the magnet is strong. Connected to my phone I can hold the cord up and my phone will stay connected while dangling there.Cons: Even plugged into the correct wall adapter, this cord will NOT rapid charge your device. With the standard cable (same wall adapter) it'll go from 0 to 100 in less than an hour. With this cord, estimated charge time is over 4 hours. Huge deal breaker.

Their customer service is great. We received a defective charger and they responded right away with a replacement. Where very attentive to our needs and made sure the replacement arrived and was working well. Bella at customer service was amazing!!

They sent an email telling buyers that if they leave a positive review they will send them a free gift, but not for a negative review. Doesn't seem right. Here's my honest review....Product works okay, but arrived smelling like smoke. I had to air them out, but ultimately were fine. Paint chips off easily.

I prefer the round ones over these oval, as they seem to stay connected a little better.
