Wanted to use my extension cords in some exterior outlets with the weather covers. (TAYMAC)- and be able to close the lid. These worked great and seem to be of good quality.

Needed a plug that could withstand a light whacking by my sink hose counterweight. This works great. Easy to assemble. Directs cord away from other stuff under sink. Good solution!

This looks like a good quality replacement plug. I did not need to use it but I’m happy to have it in reserve.

The plugs are very easy to use and the ability to rotate the plug body to the direction you want the wire to exit the plug is very helpful. The plug is very sturdy and well made. A little bit expensive but I feel it was worth it giving you the ability to direct the exiting wires in the direction you wish them to go. It creates a neat appearance to the job.

There are lots of bad reviews saying the holes don't line up or falls apart. The holes are lined up to one side of the screws or the other. If you wrap the wire clockwise around the screw and it won't line up, it was probably designed to wrap counterclockwise on that screw. If I remember correctly ground and neutral were both clockwise and hot was counter, but don't quote me. It is difficult to assemble of using solid wire, stranded is much easier, but that's a problem with the wire not the plug, hence no loss of stars. Otherwise, it works perfectly, just don't overtightened the screws, if it feels like it's going to strip, something isn't lined up right or the clamp isn't intended to close completely, just enough to hold the wire from moving.

I had two appliance cords with "stress-relief boots" both pull loose despite the boot.This made an excellent repair, you can point the cord where it has less stress and it captures the cord quite well.Very easy to attach.

The configuration of the plugs is nice however when tightening the cable retention screws on one side the lower half snapped off.

Good quality and price.

Good value. Easy to connect. Fairly sturdy for home use. Not commercial grade in my opinion.

I got them to make cord flush to the wall to reduce tripping behind a work bench. The ability to change the angle allowed them to be used for the top and bottom of the outlet without them interfering with each other. Will likely get more.

A lot better than I thought they would be. Going to use them for a power cable upgrade on vintage amp. They will work very well. Heavy built.
