It was very disappointing I want to return I gasped when I opened the canister to find that what was advertised as a complete full size, it was half the powder in there, it was very deceiving, you could have placed in a smaller size and made it full, I am trying to lower my sugar, eat right for my health and was waiting and very excited until I opened it up to see that it was a scam, how do you send a product out half full, this was my first and last time purchasing this product and would not recommend it at all.
