Finger Sponge Daubers for Painting, Drawing, Ink, Card Making, Commodities for Finger Painting 20 Pack

I was so excited to try this product! I recieved them quickly and they looked as advertised.They are supposed to be used on your fingers, they must be made for very small fingers. They do not fit mine so I just hold them.They work fine but I was so disappointed. They are small and a little difficult to hold but I will keep and use them. If they were a little larger I would have given them 5 stars.

Perfect size foam daubers for using ink on stencils. I've been using Distress Oxide inks recently, and wanted to use them on stencils to add a little extra to the backgrounds of my coloring pages. The foam blenders by Tim Holtz work ok, but they're too big to get into the small details of some of the stencils I use. These foam daubers work perfectly. I washed the one I used VERY gently and it worked very well after. Instead of rubbing it while washing, I just pressed it up and down for about 30 seconds with soap and water. I rinsed it until the water came out clear and let it dry. The ink did leave a stain on the dauber, but it didn't transfer any when I tried the dauber with another lighter colored ink. These daubers are very reasonably priced and hold up great.

I've waited a while to try these out before leaving a review. I've found a lot of dobbers out there end up tearing or losing small chunks of foam which is very annoying when in the middle of a project. I'm happy to report that, for me, these have stood up very well to being used. I do mixed media and atcs, so mine are used with permanent inks (I use one dobber for each ink color I have), and acrylic paints. They are fine for my forefinger, but I have a different brand of dobber storage container and these are a bit too big to fit in it. So these have to stay separate in a bag. But I'll gladly accept that issue given they don't tear off or lose small chunks when being used.

I purchased 20 of these, and the moment I start using one, within 2 minutes of using it, the tip came right off. It is cheaply glued on. There was not even any hard force applied. I thought that maybe it was the one with the issue, so I tried 4 more... all 4 had the same problem. These would have received a perfect score because of the simplicity of it and how it would work, IF it worked. But they cheaply glued the tip on. It fell onto my carpet and permanently stained it with black dye. Truly upset at this product.

They are high quality. They do the job nicely. I highly recommend them. I would definitely buy them again

Only used one, light card stenciling. The topper ripped apart. These are to be used ONLY FOR inkblotting nothing more , no scrubbing etc...No rubbing

I used one with a stencil and although they did not smear, I had to go over the stencil several times to get enough ink on the paper... I also had to use quite a bit of pressure & rub the dauber over the stencil, so that the sponge shredded a bit.I'm sure the problem had to do with the fact I was using a stamp pad and not paint.

Worked well for what I wanted to use them for. I use them to apply stains to sample results.
