My current thicker mat stretches and makes holding poses more difficult. Does this mat stretch?

It stretches a little, on the bare floor, I think they all do. So I use a non-slip rug pad under mine and it hardly moves at all.

I ordered this almost a month ago. Do you plan on actually shipping it? Or should I cancel and buy a similar product from a more reliable company?

Have you found a sack that fits over it - for when you travel and, it is packed among other things ?

Try a bag that you put a folding chair. that seems to be the perfect fit with a strap to carry it!

How is it for crunches and sit ups?

The mat is thick and dense which provides a lot of support for your back and your joints when doing push ups or stretching exercises. You can almost sleep on it - it's that comfortable.
