OUTSTANDING quality!!! Finally, CREDIBLE data about my O2 sleep patterns.
I now have three products from this company (Viatomtech) and I just completed a more detailed review on the O2 ring which I purchased at the same time. in short, these are very impressive units and are not only nonintrusive and very comfortable, I believe the data and subsequent insight is absolutely credible. As an Amazon customer for 20 years, I think I've only written 7 or 8 reviews (in total). I was so impressed with this family products, I felt compelled to write a proper review to reflect my pleasure..

Works great to monitor sleep apnea
Using this device to monitor how my new oral appliance is affecting my sleep apnea. Wore it for 2 days without oral appliance to get a baseline and now 2 more days with oral appliance. The results have shown an improvement but not as well as expected, so I'm going back to the doctor to have additional adjustments made. Without this device I would have no idea that the oral appliance is not effective. I would recommend this to anyone with sleep apnea to monitor their condition.

Greet addition to cpap/bipap theropy
I purchased this to augment my current bipap theropy and have been using this device for several weeks now. It is comfortable and easy to wear. To put on the wrist strap, use your knee to hold it and it can be secured with one hand. The battery will generally last for two complete days with no problem. Never had an issue with loosing a charge throughout the night. I download the I data every two to three days to a computer and save them as PDF files in case I need to forward the date to my doctor and it will not overwrite previous data. I have sent the downloaded PDF file to my doctor for a review and he was impressed with results of this device along with the bipap results.I have the o2 set at the factory settings (90). When my O2 drops below 90 I get a subtle vibration on my finger that wakes me up. This is the best part of the device. I hope this device last for a long time. Should anything change, I will update the review.

FREEDOM!
THANK YOU SO MUCH! I wear my ring around the house to let me know when O2 is low. If I can't increase with deep breathing, I go to my 02 machine. I no longer feel I have to drag it around with me all over the house. I also wear at nigh. If I wiggle out of my cannula and my 02 drops, the ring buzzes. The vibration wakes me and I rearrange my cannula. This helps me to stabilize my 02 at night without wearing the cumbersome mask. I wish all with 02 problems could have one. Insurance doesn't pay but it is well worth the price.I also use the apt and download or send the reports to my medical team. Thank you again.

Excellent sleep apnea monitor
This little monitor does the trick. It is not that intrusive so it doesn't get in the way of my arm moving at night, but the sensor also stays put (been using it for about a week now and haven't had it come off). The software for the smartphone calculates numbers like the amount of time the saturation is >90 and the number of drops 4% or greater during the measured period. With the software for the computer, you can save this in report AND data exports to allow you to analyze to your heart's content. Well done package all around.

Perfect
Easy to use. Not invasive. The strength of the vibration can be adjusted and only wakes the wearer, not the other person sleeping in bed. Downloading information is easy and the data are very useful. Tn-line tech support is responsive and easy to understand. The price is actually very reasonable considering what all you get. If you have mild sleep apnea, this might be a very workable alternative to a cpap machine.

Not close to being accurate
First my medical issues so you know where I am coming from. I have one lung it is the left one and for those that do not realize you have 5 lung lobs three lobs make up the right lung and 2 lobs the left lung. I lost the right lung due to a medical surgery mistake. So I operate on 2/5 ths of normal lung capacity. At 70 years it became an issue and continues to become more of one each year. I have a couple of different fingersO2 measuring devices. I have compared them to professional devices a couple of times, and they are within one digit of the professional devices. The O2 is not even close to reading what my finger device reads. Finger reading 85%, Wellue 91%; finger reading 92%, Wellue 98%; finger reading, 90% Wellue 97%. The only time it is better is when my finger reading is above 95% then the Wellue is topped out at 99% so as my oxygen level climes above 95% the Wellue becomes more accurate. LOL. It is actually not funny. You can see this is not especially useful as the reading are 6% off. The Wellue was on the same finger that I was using the finger device on.Secondly, I used it for a 4 hour nap and the recording on my phone was interesting to view one spot it dropped to 95% so that make me wonder if that was really 89%.I just took it for a short walk up and down some stairs Finger dropped as low as 86% with heart beat of 98, Wellue continued to say 99% heart beat 82.This is totally useless for me at least. If you use one of these make sure you check it against something or you could be spending money for nothing. Of course I could have a defective unit and will be returning this one and asking for a replacement just to see if it is a bad unit or not.

Nice
Wanted to see how sleep and oxygen correlated to personal health condition. It is nice to have and see the patterns that are occurring on a regular basis easily. I don't like how you have to pay for an app after the first month in order to record data from the device. It also has a difficult time reading oxygen levels when the finger or even the ring of the device is cold.
