I ordered these and love them!
I have never ordered an item like this but I have started grinding my teeth at night and needed a solution. Most products I looked at seemed complicated with having to warm them up in hot water and mold them to the teeth. I went with these because they seemed pretty straight forward. I love them. I just pop them in my mouth and honestly don't even know they are there - except I don't wake up with a toothache because of grinding my teeth. I highly recommend these. They are affordable, convenient, lightweight, no muss - no fuss application. If you've never tried a mouth guard, try these first. If you are using something else - try these....you will love them!

Work very well. Regular teeth grinders didn’t work and would make me gag and if i actually fell asleep before gagging then they would 100% of the time always fall out.but these! So simple but they work so well. Took about a week for my mouth to get used to them and not spit them out but now I never spit them out and have greatly relieved my teeth grinding headaches and sore teeth are a thing of the past with these.

Flimsy and Doesn't Touch Every Tooth, but Works Great for Me
This mouthguard is very flimsy - not firm or hard like most. You'll definitely notice the flimsyness, but, don't let that stop you from getting it. It has a small area on each side that comes into contact with maybe just two or three teeth on each side, so be warned that it doesn't cover every tooth like other mouthguards, but it still accomplishes the goal of making it impossible for my bottom and top teeth to grind. When I first purchased these and saw how small they are, I was worried whether they would stay in my mouth at night, or worse, I was worried if I'd swallow it and choke in my sleep. But after sleeping in these for a good 50 to 60 nights, I haven't had a single problem with any of that. These mouthguards stay put - no falling out , no choking. I also love that I can still talk 90% normally and still drink liquids while wearing these. That's a huge plus, and you'll know what I mean if you are used to wearing full-size mouthguards. Looking at the reviews I can see that some people don't like these, but i like them.I have tried a few other non-custom mouthguards from Amazon and Walgreens, but it felt like they were moving or shifting my teeth little by little, which was a little painful so I stopped using them. I don't have that problem with these.I'm guessing I'll go have my dentist make a new full-size mouthguard eventually, but I'm not in a hurry because these work great for now. Oh, my other big requirement for mouthguards is that they are BPA-free, and these are.... or at least it says so on the box. To clean them I set them in a disposable cup of warm water with the same disolving disinfectant tablets I used to use with my custom dentist-made mouthguard. Then I rinse and wear.

NOT RETURNABLE - DANGER to your BITE AFTER ONE USE.
I was hoping to like this product, but there is a major flaw along with others.1. My biggest issue is that it does not cover all molars. I am a minor clencher and I need it to cover all my back molars, but this does not. If your most back molars (tooth #2 and #15) are not hitting against something, your molars will keep "growing" out. Because the other molars before the back ones are in contact with the product, it makes the back ones (not in contact) feel TALL, resulting in a BAD BITE. This is dangerous and can cause you problems with your teeth, jaw, and bite. After one night of using them, my back molars "grew" because they had no opposing contact force, which led me to have DAYS of bad bite. My back molars felt too tall and kept contacting first before my other teeth. It caused my back molars to take in all the force and they ended up hurting badly. The jaw is ever-changing and will always adjust and "grow". You can ask your dentist about this topic - your teeth are always growing out, making this product a DANGER.2. I have a small mouth and even this does not fit me. The plastic connecting the bite plates HURT my gums - they are not soft but are hard. The bite plates do not have a shape at all to fit onto teeth. You literally just put it on and, It just sits there WIDE OPEN. It will move around in your mouth if you do not bite it down.I was so disappointed to see that I could not get a refund for this terrible product. I only used one and was like "oh i'll return... maybe they can just package the other 9 unused ones to new boxes or something." NOPE, it's yours to keep forever because no return policy AT ALL.I will be going to my dentist to get a customizable mouth guard. It is REALLY NOT WORTH it to save the money WHILE PUTTING YOUR TEETH/JAW IN DANGER. I wanted to save the money and a trip to the dentist, and I regret that. Maybe a boil mouth guard could work if you really can't go to the dentist, but at this point, don't risk your teeth for the extra money. I tried those and it's not easy to get the right fit, but at least they were returnable. It could cost you more in the future if you end up with bad occlusal bite. (Or you can try the customizable ones on Amazon where you mail it and they make it in a lab for you. Haven't tried it before though.)
