Not a bad diagnostic tool for your car. Once you get past the semi-confusing instructions, it’s not that hard to use. Cleared codes off our Mercedes suv that stayed on even after repairs. To eliminate some confusion, this is NOT a “Bluetooth” connected device. It broadcasts on its own WiFi signal which your mobile device must connect to. If your are connected to this OBD2 device, you will NOT be connected to the internet on your mobile device. There are a few choices of third party mobile apps you have to download in order to use the scanner. The basic free app is usable to clear codes( which I used) and help interpret codes, but the paid apps I’m sure are much more functional.

The device was very easy to use. The instructions were easy to follow. It recommended to download one of three apps on a mobile device to read the data. Two must be paid for to read anything and the third is free for the basic reading. I easily plugged it in, started the car, and connected to the WiFi of the reader and got all of the readings. You can measure a ton of statistics about your car that I didn’t know you could measure, which is very interesting. Somebody stats are your fuel level, coolant temperature, barometric pressure, etc. It also knows your make, model, VIN, etc. We don’t have any check engine lights at the moment, but with the way that one of our cars is running, I expect to be making use of that feature soon.

When I bought it I thought they were all Bluetooth. Since it is WIFI which I didn’t think they made Didn’t connect to BT.I send an E-Mail to seller and he got to me fairly quickly and informed me it was WIFI. Thank you for the quick response product works great. Operator error. Would buy again if this one ever breaks. I had one but it went to the scrap heap when my Jeep got totaled. I forgot to take it out of he console. Thanks againFrank

After my original reader was stolen out of my car, I wasn't sure which one to buy to replace it. I chose one that was a little less pricey and I was not disappointed. Works great!

Hi, I have followed your product instructions and tried to clear the 'check engine' light on my BMW X5 using Incardoc app (as recommended for IOS), to no avail.Please advice. Thanks!

I have tried all the apps suggested to connect to this device and none work, seller needs to help.Can you please tell me the IP address and Port number when using an Android system ??

Great product for the price... did not realize the software would cost an additional fee but there is a limited free version which allows you to view enough diagnostic information to get what you need (and allows you to clear codes.) Once tightened spark plug later and the problem was solved! This thing saved me hundreds in mechanics fees.
