Absolutely love ❤️ this vest. It's my 3 rd one . They last forever . The only reason I needed a new one again was because my husky ate the clip . My Bulldog can't have anything around his chest so this fits so comfy for a deep chested dog .

Best harness for our dog

This is my first harness for my dog when it came it looked like a really good harness when I put it on my dog the harness was the outstanding it was the perfect size for her and the perfect color for her. When I took my dog on a walk it felt so different. She wasn't pulling (like she used to without a harness) and it felt like a dog wasn't even with me. I really do recommend buying this harness for your dog!

It’s a great harness but the biggest size is still way too big for my 40lb English Bulldog.

This harness is easy to use and seems to be comfortable for my dog. She gets excited every time she sees it!

I ordered a size small for my 30-lb Lab-Pitbull mix puppy and she was swimming in it. Tried it on the 45-lb Pitbull mix and it fit her well. Yes, you read that right, the small fits a medium-sized dog better than the smaller dog. The front strap is a little too long for my liking, but we manage. Gelati loves putting on her harness because she knows we're going on a long walk "to see the piggies" at a nearby farm.The glow-in-the-dark patches that come with the harness actually glow, and the reflective strip across the front is reflective.It's lightweight and not too bulky - good for warm weather walkies!The poop bag holder is a bit of a design fail - I have to release the velcro closure in order to unroll the bags, then secure the velcro back in place once I tear the bag off. Not a deal breaker though since my dog patiently sits and waits for me to complete this task.I am deducting one star because of the patches - the patch itself is larger than the velcro surface so the short edge tends to curl up. It does brush against my leg when my dog walks too close to my side, and it's an unpleasant experience on bare skin.Please note that if your dog is prone to panic and backs up quickly to get away from something, they will back right out of this harness. If this describes your pet, you are better off with a harness that you can clip to a collar for extra security.Overall, a great harness that's easy to get on and off. Photo included for reference :)

This is my 2nd harness. I purchased the first one 4 years ago. I take my labradoodle for a 2 mile walk every day rain, shine or snow. It had seen everything and held up well. It was just starting to look faded. My son joined the navy, I wanted to honor him with a blue harness with navy patches. This harness is well made and very easy to put on and remove. So many harnesses require you to insert the dogs legs one at a time to put on, not this harness. Simply slip over the dogs head and snap one clip under him and your done. The dog in the picture is a 55 pound labradoodle and the medium size fits him perfectly (it was actually too big but has several adjustments). I also purchased the "Flexi New Classic Retractable 26 feet flexi tape leash" and "U.S Navy Patch, Marine Corps Military Tactical Morale Badge Embroidered Patches" and was impressed with those also. I highly recommend this harness.

The others one doesn’t support the size of my husky but this fit perfect and still using it

I’ve had two if the dog gets a running start and hits the end say like chasing ducks in yard the material around the D ring let’s go it’s here it needs reinforcement. Maybe more threads or braid in bigger . I have had two of them let go over two years. Love the ease of on off and the comfort and even the sturdiness as nowhere else has let go. I recently bought a third one for my parents growing Bernese mountain dog. But I have two with broken harnesses and that’s enough my boy runs away and I can’t chase him

Super easy to put on and take off our 110lb Lab.Love the reflection on the sides, poop bags and holder and adjustable sizing. Also love the handle at the top, it helped a lot when his paws started to freeze in that extreme cold we had recently as I was able to lift him slightly to get him in the house quicker.Only downfall is the adjustable straps have threads come off when we try to change the position of the fit. So I am concerned that he tries to eat them if I don’t catch that right away.Otherwise great product!!

This was my fourth one in 2 years. Great for the puppy. The last one only lasted two weeks before tearing apart. She is a rough and tough 31 pound Golden/Cavalier mix. Trying a different brand in same style. She must have this style because she has MegaEsophagus.

We are using this harness for our tripawd dog who is about 65 pounds. 'Pros' -it is less likely than a collar to make her unbalanced when you have to pull on the leash. The handle is strong and useful for giving her a hand up when she jumps into the car. It appears comfortable for pupper and is sturdy and easily adjustable -nice big buckles and strong velcro straps. We like the velcro on the side for fun patches. Pouch for doggy bags is handy though sometimes a little hard to get them to tear off. Not much on the 'con' side; there have been some loose threads falling off where straps might have been more cleanly finished but it does not at all affect the harness' effectiveness. When pup is wrestling with other dogs, the buckles sometimes loosen a little, making it a little easier for her to wiggle out if she backs up, but not a common problem. Would order again.UPDATE: after two and half months she has figured out how to back out of the harness when another dog passes by so be sure to keep belts appropriately tightened.

I love this harness!! My dog loves this harness!! It seems to be built very sturdy. My Golden Retriever measured 33” girth so I went with the large. After trying it on her I should have gone with the medium. Even tightened as much as it would go it was still able to move too easily. My wife is good with the sewing machine so she made a couple of adjustments and now fits perfect. This is no fault of Paw Five but rather my own error. I am thinking of getting the matching leash as well now. Great product!!!
