Item worked for awhile. but then I left it without using it for some time and now it won't take a charge only had it a few month... As long as it is plugged in it will work then it will die if unplugged.

Great product
I'm behind, so this is probably old technology, but it was a problem solver for playing music from my iPhone to my non-Bluetooth Mopar jeep audio system. Syncs right up, long battery life, turns off automatically when there's no received signal (aka, I left the car). No quality loss like you get with FM modulators. I'm happy.I did hang it with a string from the cargo tray so it doesn't dangle in front of the vent. Constant hot/cold is probably not good for the technology.
