As a chef, I am always on the lookout for tools that can make my job in the kitchen easier and more efficient. When I came across the 96-Port Caviar Maker Box, I knew I had to give it a try. And I have to say, I am thoroughly impressed with this molecular gastronomy tool.Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of the 96-Port Caviar Maker Box. It has quickly become one of my go-to tools in the kitchen, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a little luxury to their food and drinks.

It could work if: (1) the sealing of the rectangular luquid distributor would hermetic, and (2) if you start with filling it with nozzles up and when filled rotate quickly to horizintal level nozzles down. No such instructions given and the sealing does not work. In addition, the poor design intends you to waste about 120 ml of liquid as non-usable since nozzles have high externders inside the container - why? Avoid this product.

Worked perfectly and is a great product! Only issue was it said it came with directions which mine did not, so it took me a few minutes to figure out. After talking with the company they sent me the manual.

Did not work right out of the box. I assume in the manufacturing process, they glue together 2 pieces of the acrylic. The glue got into the tube that you pipe your solution into. It 2as completely blocked, would not work at all.UPDATE:This seller saw my original review and got back to me about replacing their product. I have recieved a new one and it is working the way it is supposed to now. It must have just been an error in the manufacturing process.The kicker is that thg his seller reaches out to me to make this right! I work in the service industry and I have an appreciation for those that take customer service to heart, and these people do! I would recommend them in the future

I made CAVIARNT.

Design isn't optimal. Injection port is not centered atop the top piece or distributed around all four sides. Instead it's offset to one edge which means you have to perform a gymnastiic routine to keep it flat while you're evenly trying to injectt your base liquid.If you're not successful in executing this manouvre perfectly, it just pour out of the closest few holes to the injection port. Alternatively a frame to hold the box at level over the receptacle would be a very good accessory.

The media could not be loaded. absolute wast of money, I got two by mistake, talked to amazon the kindly allowed me a refund for one o them. But this product is honestly garbage. It doesn't work in any way. The liquid just leaks trough one side
