Pro TaperTall Bar Kit for 04-21 Honda CRF50F,Black

Great kit. No complaints. Drastically improves the control and stability for an adult rider. Remove one bolt (left) from the elbow where the carb mates to the intake runner, then loosen the far side (right) bolt. This will allow you to rotate the carb counter clockwise to allow for easier install of the throttle cable. Only complaint is my throttle side grip tore at the end.

So got 2 of these 1 for crf and 1 for a xr and boy they both fell right on no problems at all other than there awfull carb cap! Just loosend the carb and kicked it sideways a little put carb cap on then reinstalled the carb. It hits the frame a little make sure u tighten with pliers or you might suck air can't get tight enough by hand due to frame pinch!... after that there awsome!!! Oh ya and they come with at least 10hp stickers! Definitely make u look faster!

This went together easily and I'm very happy with the improved ergonomics for my learning son. He's 8 and should be on a 110, but without the power of a 110. We did a tall seat and bars to help fit him better.I chopped 1.25" from both bar ends to make it a little narrower for him. Overall it was a great fit and looks awesome. All of the parts went on well (even the throttle cable that folks complain about, our bikes a 2018 for what its worth) and the fit and finish it spot on. I'd absolutely purchase again!

The clamps are great, plenty of adjustment and install is very simple.Bars are kinda junk...they work if it's being set up for an adult but they're too tall for kids. Just buy a pro taper SE klx110 bar and cut the ends down to the right width and it's waaaay better for kids and still fit me perfectly fine.The components is where the issue lies. The cables were fine, I know some people had issues with the throttle cable but that wasn't the case here. The 2 issues are the throttle assembly and grips. The throttle assembly is garbage and I had to do a few internal mods it get it to work decently and most important safely. The grips were nice texture and everything but I received 2 throttle side grips, so thankfully I had a spare set laying around so my kid could ride it on Christmas.The kit is fine, just plan on buying grips (if you run into the same issue I did) and a better throttle assembly (motion pro has some for like $20)

The media could not be loaded. Everything went right on, like everyone was saying just take the carb off and hook throttle cable up and you silly have no issues. Also don’t tighten throttle bracket too much it will crack.. Night and day difference though.

The quality of the handlebars, riser and cables are top notch. The throttle cable leaves something to be desired as it feels like cheap plastic and doesn't always have a smooth motion when hitting the throttle. The kill switch is extremely cheap. In fact I broke it trying to tighten it on the handlebar. Some of that is my fault as I tightened it too much but it never stopped spinning on the bar so I kept screwing it in. I am docking it for the very cheap design and construction not for my mess up.It fit my 2017 CRF50 well except where the throttle cable came out of the top of the carb. It is hitting the frame but it is serviceable.

Everything fits my Suzuki drz70. The bars and clamps are what I’d buy if I had to do it again. I haven’t read any complaints here with which I don’t agree. I took an angle grinder to the welds around the top of my fork legs because the beads were sloppy/overhanging the tubes ( they never would have fit in the clamp).All in all theses bars are tits and completely change the feel of the scooter.
