Q: I need a 12 inch super hard diamond or granite high heat oven ready and it must work on an induction cooktop! yes or no?

GRANITE STONE WILL NOT WORK ON AN INDUCTION COOKTOP

Q: The instructions said to wash the pan and put a thin layer of oil on it when you first get it. Should I do this after using it and washing it also?

I don't. I would think you would only need to do it again if things started sticking, kind of like seasoning a cast iron pan. I have had mine for about a year and have never had to use oil again and I wash mine in the dishwasher quite often. I LIVE these pans!

Don't know but wouldn't buy tried to fry eggs in it and they stuck bad sure don't slide all over the pan like they show .
