Solo Harness System

Me gustaria que la correa fuera un poco mas suave. Pero funciona perfectamente.

Not happy for a piece of webbing at this price point. This is not an entry level piece of dive gear. I purchased new on Amazon, directly from Hollis. The shoulder pads came undone on both sides right after threading the strap through them. The pads just flared up with all the nylon loose at the seam (see pictures attached). Hollis' new mother company, Huish outdoors, did little to address my concerns over the phone and directed me to a blank RMA form (frankly, I can return quicker via Amazon). At this point still debating if I should unthread the whole thing and send back (with high chances I'll get the same quality again) or just hand-sew these again, or just replace for scubapro pads. Regardless, I don't think I'll buy from Huishi again. This was already their second chance after a zeagle mask failed catastrophically while diving due to a manufacturer defect of the gasket. It makes me wonder if Oceanic products (under their name too) will also suffer the same fate.April 4, 2019 update. Huishi outdoors did finally reach out and confirmed a manufacturer defect in all shoulder pads, and that they were recalling their whole inventory and had contacted their manufacturer about this, further explaining a new shipment with a “fixed” design could be expected in a few more weeks. This doesn’t solve my short term need (I am still at a loss) and does nothing but confirm my bad experience with this company’s quality control, so for now I guess I continue to wait, and their review remains at 1 star.
