CWR-1 Shield

Got this face shield really for one reason: it sucks riding into the sun with a clear visor. This definitely did the trick. It took the edge off the brightness and it's not an non issue to ride with the sun in my face. The only issue is that it doesn't come with a pinlock. I could have taken it off my clear shield but I will still use that for night riding (it switches out that easy). So I bought a pinlock separately, installed it, no problem

I added a pinlock anti-fog layer and put this on my RF-SR helmet. Easy to install, excellent optics and fit. I too wish it were darker, but it's not bad. I wear prescription eyeglasses so I have to wear one of those flip-up sunglass thingies, but they have the effect of pushing my glasses down on my nose, and this gets old after a few hours. This dark shield allows me to skip the shades yet still cut down on the glare. Kind of pricey, but it is well made, so I'll only cry once.

The Shoei RF-SR helmet that I bought came with clear lens. This tinted lens is great for daytime ride. Now I don’t have to wear sunglasses inside my helmet. Good buy!!!

Nice visor really helps when riding towards the sun. I just wish they didn’t take so long to ship it to me

Over 60 years of riding I've tried everything for a foggy shield on my motorcycle helmets. The Shoei helmet (in my estimation) is the best fitting - you buy it tight and it gets less so. The pinlock system works perfectly - never fogging up on cold winter days. It just works.

Installed it on my RF1200, typical Shori quality, always top notch period. Cheaper and works as good as their mirror shields just less money.

I have a shoei helmet and the dark smoke face shield is a blessing on the day rides and as with everything Shoei does it is very good quality

Great level of tint. Just right. Not too dark. Fits like it should.

Z-7で使用しています。ノーマルで顔が丸わかりなのが好きではなかったのと日差しのきつさに耐えかねて交換を考えました。ミラーシールドも検討しましたが、値段と夜間の見づらさを考慮してこちらの商品を購入しました。昼間でもほぼ外からは判別できない程にはなったかと思います。直射日光を遮るにも役目を果たしてくれますが、さすがに夜間はちょっと見づらい面があります。（見えなさすぎてヤバい程ではないですが）街中であれば問題ないと思いますが、山道など暗い道では使用は避けたほうがいいかもしれません。私はほぼ日中しか使いませんので問題ないですが、夜間によく使われる方はやっぱりクリアシールドの方が安全だと思います。

.凡人なので 恥ずかしながら似た型番違いに気がつかずに押入れの肥やしに 失態ヘルメット への装着を試みて格闘するまで型番違いに まったく 気づかなかったのだ自己失態だが ヒト文字違い に泣かされた- CWR - 1　PINLOCK　(本品)- CW - 1　PINLOCK　(欲しかったモノ)諸兄姉 皆さまには常識かも知れませんが当方のように失態にならぬよう似た型番でも 互換性はナイので ご注意を自己都合と開封済のため返品はアキラメて押入れの肥やしとなった失態を反省だ購入目的もはや どうでもイイ余談レベルだが手持ちの本品と同じ ダーク シールドを夜間はイチイチ面倒だがクリアに取り替えていたためかかなり キズキズでシールドが視界不良になってきたためにリピート購入が目的だった.

白天和晚上都能使用，安装方便

●ダークスモーク購入●見え方について:・日中の日差しが眩しくない。太陽を直接みると眩しいですが、前を向いて走行するには遮光できているという印象です。・夜は、街灯があれば走行に支障はないと感じています。(ただ、路面の凹凸は見えないので、走り慣れている道ならともかく、初見の道は慎重に走行するのが良い。)・ライトが多めについているトンネル(国道や高速など)は、シールドを下ろしたままで問題なし。・ライトが少ないトンネル(田舎の下道のトンネル)は、暗くて見えないので、シールドを上げて走行してます。●タイプ選びについて:・スモークorライトスモークorダークスモークで迷いましたが、結果的にダークスモーク購入して正解だったと思っています。理由は2つ。一つ目は、以前使用していたクリアクリアタイプのシールドでは日中の日差しと夕方の西日が眩しかったので、この点を十分解消できたから。二つ目は、夜の走行も問題なかったから。先述のように、街灯があれば、夜の走行時もシールド下ろしたままでオッケーです。●装着感:・他のコメントでは、「シールドの上げ下げが固い」とありますが、問題にするほどでもないというのが個人的な意見です。●耐久性:・現時点で1ヶ月、毎日通勤で使用しましたが、問題なく使用できてます。・どのくらい耐久性があるかを判断しかねますが、使用した感じは結構いけるんじゃないかなと思ってます(アバウトですみません。)●発送状態:・私のところには、しっかり梱包されて、届きました。・商品に目立った傷や汚れはありませんでした。
