Amazon Basics Lightweight 100% Cotton Percale Weave Sheet Set - Full, Blue Pastel

I invested many hours researching a duvet set that met my personal list of requirements:- 100% smooth and crispy cotton percale weave.- summer weight- sleepable shams rather than shams that create pointless pillows.- easily washable- a color/pattern that would coordinate with my blue/turquoise/green room decor.- a price point that wouldn’t require a first purchase mortgageThis set is the jackpot! It’s exactly perfect. Smooth, crisp cotton woven into a true percale. That “slide across the sheets” feel from grandma’s house is 100% present.The duvet is designed perfectly for my needs: I’ve inserted a cotton and silk blend woven blanket rather than a comforter to create a wallow in the air conditioning summer bedding set. The “shams” are really upgraded pillowcases. Wonderful to sleep on instead of used to create a pile of pillows that are tossed aside every night.I don’t mind the lack of ties - I purchased an inexpensive set of plastic duvet clips here on Amazon that are easy to use, stay in place, and don’t damage the duvet or the blanket.The pattern of this duvet is lovely. It’s understated, but still quirky enough to be interesting and refreshing.And the price point? Run, don’t delay, in grabbing a set before someone figures out it should be twice as expensive or more.

Bought these for a four year old’s room and she loves them!We wanted to get a set of light cotton sheets for summer time (reviews say that cotton breathes better than synthetic fabrics) and these were some of the least expensive we found from a reputable company. We’ve owned them for a few weeks and they have held up to the demands of a very active sleeper very well.Pros: material is very light and seems to breathe well. Washes nicely and comes out soft from the dryer (not as soft as bamboo sheets but considering the price point this isn’t an issue).Cons: the only negative is that the sheets seems to wrinkle very easily if not promptly removed from the dryer. This isn’t a show stopper for me because who cares if sheets are wrinkled, you don’t see them until you get into bed. If that’s a concern for you then you’ll have to be vigilant in removing them from the dryer.

I have a nice set of percale sheets for my bedroom, and purchased these as an "extra set". For the price, you simply cannot do better. I think a lot of criticism comes from people who do not understand what they are buying. Percale is not the same thing as Sateen. While they are both cotton, there are notable differences in feel. Percale is crisp, light, "crunchy". It feels cool to the touch and is great for hot sleepers. Think "linen". Sateen is soft and silky, and has a more luxurious hand feel and is less prone to wrinkles. Think "silk". People will naturally have a preference for one or the other. As a hot sleeper who has tried both, I prefer percale. So I knew what I was getting when I made the purchase.They do wrinkle about as much as my other set of sheets. I'm not bothered by it and I don't iron my sheets. They are soft and not scratchy in the least, but certainly not as smooth as a sateen set would be. They have deep pockets and are appropriately sized (Purchased in King size). You can tell the difference between these sheets and my nicer set. These aren't as "crunchy" or cool as I like my percale to be, but they do the trick. Great set of sheets for a primary or secondary set. Wouldn't hesitate to order another set for the guest bedroom. And for the price, I haven't found anything better.

I must admit right away that I have been a big sheet snob in the past. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on Egyptian cotton, silk and satin sets. I have always liked to touch the material before I buy. But with the quarantine closing stores and my three month old sheets having those annoying little pills, I wanted a fresh set to ride out our time. After scrolling through dozens of descriptions, I kept coming back to these Amazon Basics set. I thought I had nothing to lose, as Amazon is amazing at standing behind their products. I’ve had this set for a month. It is a great value. I have washed them roughly twice a week and put them directly back on my bed. No pilling. The seams seem sturdy. The material is very smooth and comfortable. I really look forward to going to sleep each night. I’ve purchased higher priced sheets in the past but this set is my favorite for their comfort, quality construction and visual appeal. I plan on buying several more sets, if I ever get my stimulus. 😄

Perfect, cool, crisp summer sheets. I’m in Arizona and these are my summertime sheets now. Lightweight and fresh feeling. Reminds me of hotel sheets. I bought these to tie dye. I got the light blue ones just in case it didnt turn out. I washed them first and then dyed them and they turned out fabulous! I tied the fitted sheet too tight so it didn’t take as much dye but the rest did. More importantly is the fact that these feel soft and light, smooth and summery. Very nice for the price. They are wrinkly right out of the dryer but they stretch nicely over the bed and pretty much straighten out.

I know it's not about the sheets, but these sheets showed up over-packaged as usual..You'd think there was Limoges porcelain inside...Amazon, just slap a shipping label on the outside of the heavy, plastic bag they come in and call it a day.Next, the sheets are soft and the cotton feels nice, but unlike basic Target cotton sheets, for example their Threshold collection (simple solid and appealing printed cotton sheets designed for adults), Amazon sheets are thin and have little body. As soon as they are packed into a wash basket from the dryer, or they are "crumpled" by someone pushing the covers back and getting up, they become a bunched and wrinkled mess. They have no "snap" when you make the bed, and feel limp and wan as one makes the bed. They feel similarly limp when you sleep under them, as well.They are easy to clean, the color is true, and they are fully cotton - no microfiber switcheroo, thank goodness. They're "meh"...I will be using them as back-up/overnight guest sheets.

I enjoy this set of sheets. They are soft, cool to the touch and are 100% cotton. Bought when was on sale.

El tamaño es perfecto, mi colchón es alto y quedaron perfectas, son suaves, frescas y cómodas. Llevan varias lavadas y siguen en perfecto estado.

Not as advertised! Received a duvet cover set, was supposed to be a sheet set. Have to return.

This is the first night I have used these sheets. So far I am liking the weight and feel.

I have a favourite blanket that is the perfect density and material composition for me. Unfortunately it is made for a tween girl and is red with white polka dots. My wife has been trying to get me to change to a more "mature" duvet for years. I tried many, but I'm a bit of a princess and none felt right so we ordered these duvet covers and, low and behold, they muted out the red and white duvet remarkably well. We now have tasteful bed coverings and I get to keep my favourite blanket of all time! Win - win!
