Then plug the other end into the PROSHAKER. STEP 2 - Load the bottle holder Place bottle of choice (inverted) into the bottle holder, as shown. STEP 3 - Secure the bottle Secure bottle holder over the the top of bottle as shown. STEP 4 - Check the bottle Verify that the bottle is secure and in place. STEP 5 - To Begin Shaking Press red button to begin 60 second cycle time. STEP 6 - Cycle Bottle will automatically stop mixing after 60 seconds. To interrupt 60 second cycle, press power button.
