remote I ordered doesn't work. This the second and it needs to be returned. remote
I have had great service with buying from Amazon for years so you can imagine the disappointment it was when I got a tv-remote and it would n't work I've ordered remotes from Amazon in the past and they always worked. At first, I thought the batteries were not working. The batteries were good ones. This will be the first time I've ever had to return an item.
