I love the packaging. The product is exactly as stated. The cubes can be soaked and expand quickly for feeding. Excellent quality, great value for the money.

They are great looking and look clean and healthy, my bunnies just won't eat them. They came with a lot of crumbled pieces but it you know anything about compressed hay, its almost impossible for none of the cubes to not crumble. I suppose they could be vacuumed packed then put in concrete and maybe they wouldn't crumble. The animals can always eat the crumbled pieces so it's no big deal.

UGH! This Hay Cube is soooo close to perfect. The hay doesn’t have alfalfa which is KEY for guinea pigs at least because they shouldn’t have too much alfalfa. Many hay cubes are marketed as “Timothy hay cubes” but if you check the ingredients it has alfalfa in it!! (I’m looking at you Kaytee!). These are sun dried and only Timothy so it’s guilt free!Personally, my piggies moderately enjoy them. They’ll chew it. Not super excited but they do always go around to chewing them and finish them off.My biggest complaint is that either the packaging is poor or the Hay cubes are too delicate and need to be vacuum sealed or something. This is because I’d say probably half the cubes are broken up by the time I receive the cubes so it’s really a waste of cubes when you’re paying for cubes. I still give it to my piggies to rummage through and peck at but if they could improve the packaging this would be an easy 5 stars.Because the quality of the ingredients, it’s 4 stars for sure though!

This isn't necessarily the seller's fault; this bag has to go through a lot to get to places, so having a ton of crumbs in the bottom is not all that surprising. I think Kaytee's variation of this product tends to stand up better to shipping, though, since Kaytee's cubes are usually around 2-3 inches long instead of the .5 inches that Small Pet Select's are.If supporting a smaller business is important to you, go with Small Pet Select. If you're trying to get a better price value, Kaytee's might be better in terms of how the product stands up to shipping.

Waste of money! My chinchillas won’t touch them. They love the hay sample from this company, but these hay cubes are not liked one bit. These are not eligible for return either, so I will just eat the $20.

My guinea pigs love these! Great to keep their teeth grinded down. Just sprinkle them throughout the cage.

I've bought three bags of these, hoping they could replace loose hay. I think they need to find a new way to package them. One third of the cubes had turned to crumbled dust which I had to throw out. My guinea pigs nibbled on them at first and then refused to eat them. They were a very dark brown color when I was expecting green. Didn't seem fresh at all. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1, because they use 100% Timothy hay. I really wish they had worked out, because I love the idea of small cubes.
