Worth it
Big guy here. 6ft 275. I like to carry g45 appendix. I wore this with a t shirt, gym shorts and a wolf tactical across my gut and this thing disappeared on me. All day doing errands, cut the grass. No issues with the bigger gun. I'm quite impressed.

Great for deep concealment!
I love these holsters so much that I bought three of them. One each for an XDS Mod 2 .45, G 43x, and a G 26. The fit is always perfect, and you can adjust them in many ways (height, cant, retention) to create a perfect conceal for yourself. That’s pretty impressive for such a minimalist design. I’m going to buy one for my G 19 as well.

Perfect!!
After trying about 10-20 holsters this is one that was highly recommended to me and as soon as I tried it I knew this was different than most. The design, slickness and slim clip makes it perfect in my opinion. Highly recommend this holster!!!

Satisfied
I was a little concerned purchasing this because there was an Amazon note that this is a high returned item. However, after receiving it, I am giving this holster 5 stars. I was looking for something with a very small size and the DeSantis fits the bill. I have been through several IWB holsters now, most of them slightly larger and even more than twice the price but the DeSantis still was my favorite.Three things I would like to point out:1) One thing I really like is there is a definite "click" when you put the pistol in the holster. There is a screw that allows you to configure the tension.2) I am going to make a blanket statement that IWB holsters are just not comfortable. This holster is no different. However, with its smaller size, I found wearing this one to be more favorable over others I tried.3) You can't go wrong with the price on this.

Not possible to adjust top of clip to the right.
Unfortunately this has to be returned. I wish it didn't. I like the size and length, however the adjustable clip is not adjustable to the right properly just one click. Causes interference. 2 clicks are fine.Being a small person with a bit of a small amount of belly and in proper BMI I woukd need to tip the barrel forward as I want to carry around 2 o'clock. Because of the shape that one click adjustment is not possible.The holster fits it's intended device fine. Maybe it will be good for you but not me.I will just stay with the leather one I purchased.
