Q: Do the screws remove ok if the plate needs to be taken down?

Yes that shouldn’t be a problem.

Q: what size hole to drill for the mounting bolts?

Just put a drill bit end to end and that will give you your size. However I just used screws into my shed and fence post using 40mm screws and it works fine

Q: This comes with 2 x mounting bolts for concrete or wood, i need to know the exact size hole to drill to mount the hooks.

Just put the bolts end to end and that will give you your size so when you tighten the bolts they will push the sides oh the liner outwards and grip the masonary or you can used anchor screws which you just drill the holes with a no 8 or no 10 drill and bang the screws in with a hammer and give thescrews and half turn with a driver
