My daughter is 12. Shes special.needs and has seizures. We can see and hear everything. Picture quality is great and night vision is perfect you just have.to adjust the monitor with the stand to get the best view according to height of ur dresser and bed. Battery doesn't last but about 4 hours but not a big deal in my house. I bought the same set for my granddaughter for her new baby.

Update: I was able to get in touch with the seller via Amazon and the seller promptly sent me a replacement monitor. Giving them a four star for good customer support.This is a piece of junk. Low picture quality, primitive UI, low quality night vision and pathetic battery. Battery started to drain fast within a few months and now 6 to 7 months in the battery won’t charge any more. Return window is closed so can’t return. Their product description says professional after sale support but there is no direction on how to get support.

Overall a good product very clear screen no problems connecting to cameras only issue I had was the monitor’s charging port was worn out from connecting & disconnecting the power cord my suggestion & tip is not to unplug it from the monitor simply just leave the charging cord attached to the monitor when you need to have the monitor. Monitor lasted only 8 months so I contacted LB TECH & they sent me a new monitor replacement Right away 5 star on customer service support 4 stars for the product

I received these today. The camera has excellent picture quality and the monitor is just the perfect size. But I cannot get one of the cameras to pair with the monitor. I ordered a ‘like new unit’ and expected only the box to be imperfect. Missing is the quick start manual. Maybe that’s why I can’t get the camera to pair with the monitor? Where can I get the manual? I quick net search was not helpful.

Just got it... need to install then will give full review. Looks classy and professional.Continue the review a week in use.Easy to install and to work the different options on the menu.Clear visual of the babys sound a little bit low. Not to easy to adjust for perfect location and not an easy zooming experience.Overall it is a very good product for the money.

UPDATE: The battery is bunk after just a few months of occasional use. The return window is closed. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT IT CONSTANTLY PLUGGED IN!It does the job but once again I find myself wishing so badly that the people who create these gadgets would actually USE them before selling. There are a few seriously annoying traits on this monitor.-it takes a while to turn on. I mean, it's only a few seconds, but it's long enough that every time I think "did it work? Is it turning on? Did I push the button long enough or do I have to start over? Is the battery dead? Ohp, there it is, it's on."You'd think I'd get used to this. Just when I think I am, the battery IS dead and it really isn't turning on. Annoying.-every time you power on, there's a screen telling you how to use it that you have to exit out of. Dude. After the first use, you don't need that screen any more and yet after the extra long time it takes to turn it on, you have to spend extra time pushing a button to exit out of that annoying screen.-every time you push the volume button, there's an extra loud BEEP! One might say it's no big deal because if you're using the monitor then the baby is obviously in the other room, right? Except that we purchased an extra camera to check on our other kids while the baby sleeps in our room, so it's a problem for us. Even if the baby is in the other room, it's loud and obnoxious and unpleasant to hear.All that being said, it gets the job done and I'm grateful we have it. Although I don't have any experience to compare it to.

These cameras are AMAZING!! And you cannot beat the price. Our original (3 year old) monitor finally bit the dust and I ordered these on a whim since we have 2 children now I thought the 2 cameras would be handy. MAN I’m only sorry I waited all this time to upgrade! The picture quality on these cameras is amazing. The monitor charges and can be unplugged to easily take with you. The cameras have so many features and it is so easy to swap back and forth between the 2 cameras on the monitor. Also a happy surprise when I opened the box I noticed the company has a one year warranty on these cameras so just in case anything does go wrong I feel covered! Love love love these! 10/10 would recommend! Customer service from this company is super responsive and helpful as well!

Product seemed to be working great in the beginning we really only use it on limited occasions. After 8 months of maybe using it once or twice a month the battery has given out for the monitor, it will only work if it is plugged into an outlet with the charger which is the huge inconvenience because when I do use the monitor it is for when I need to be moving around and need to carry the monitor with me. The start up on the device lags. There is an instructional screen that comes every single time it is turned on and needs to exited in order to start viewing the screen where the children are. The range of picture that the camera does show onto monitor seems to be very limited. My intention for the monitor was to view an area where a toddler bed and crib, the monitor only seems to have the range to show just enough of the crib area. It is not a great range It shows. The volume on the monitor seems to make a loud beep every single time it is changed which is super annoying.The monitor seems to get the job done where you can hear what needs to be heard But does not last very long and the range of picture is very limited I would suggest looking into different monitors.
