I love this brush.It's very well made; the bristles are very uniform and the handle is solid.I love that the bristles are firm, but at the same time, not painful. For me, the sensation of using this face brush is very pleasant.(By contrast, I recently purchased a cactus bristle Body brush and the bristles are very abrasive and feel pokey - even just to my hand; it's being returned.Also by contrast, in the past, I had another face brush with bristles made of a different material, and the bristles weren't firm enough, so I felt I had to apply more pressure and use it for longer. This gets the job done with less force and less time.)Please note that If you push/drag too hard, I imagine you could injure your skin with this, but if you use a light hand, the bristles are perfect.It's pretty easy to hold (the handle is not ergonomic per se, but it works well)Overall, I'm so pleased with this purchase that I went to the Shash website and ordered their body brush.

I wanted this to replace a plastic face brush to replace a Cala plastic face brush with synthetic bristles and I’m so glad I have this my face feels so smooth the level of clean I feel after is great the handle is so light yet sturdy and natural boar bristles have no trouble getting through my thigh beard if you are thinking about this get it you won’t regret it

This is not a cheap brush but it is cheaply made and sheds like crazy. It’s soft and good for face brushing, the handle is comfortable. BUT it leaves hairs all over my face every time I use it. That negates anything else good about it. Skip this item and find another.

The facial Boar Bristle brush is well made, bristles are medium strength and long. If you want a brush for your face that is a bit stern and gentle, I recommend this brush.For me, I am looking for a brush like this, but with stiffer bristles.

This product has been great for helping me manage my cystic acne, but if you’re like me and use the brush for extended periods and pressed down hard with it, the bristles will get matted and the brush will become unusable relatively quickly. A fix I found for that was to start combing it after every time I use it, just run the comb through it until it starts coming through with ease and it’s good to go! Really helps extend the life of the brush and gets you your money’s worth!Apparently despite this being what I ordered I don’t actually have the boar bristle brush since mine has a rope, so I don’t know which one I actually have. A bit displeased that I didn’t know I’ve had the wrong product since May.

Great facial brush my only complaint is that the bristles come out. There is a slight smell but I love it! Reminds me of wool!

I bought this facial brush with high expectations but unfortunately was very disappointed.The size of the brush is absolutely perfect and the softness of the brush bristles is excellent through face cleaning without over scrubbing the face.My issue was that the bristles started to completely lay flat or bunch up and completely disappear.I've never experienced that with any brushes I've ever had that made in Germany before.My other issue I reached out to the seller and I've had no response so I will reaching out to AMAZON to get a refund on my purchase.I was so looking forward to really liking this brush but unfortunately my experience was less than.

Love everything about it. From the shape and feel and look of the wood to the firm yet yielding nature of the bristles. Perfect for stimulating skin on tbe face. Absolutely love it.
