A great price for such a complete kit of this quality.
My husband got this resistance bands kit to use for his work as an Occupational Therapist. He sees elderly home health patients so he needed something that would be versatile, compact, and cost-effective. This kit had everything he was looking for and more.He was mainly looking for resistance bands and these are a good quality overall. The color coding is bright and makes it very easy to identify each band by the resistance level. The main two exercises that he uses these resistance bands with patients are: “upright rows” and “bicep curls”. These two exercises are easy for any age to be able to do with these bands. The booklet with exercise examples is also handy to have. The carabiners appear to be a good quality and easy to clip. The other hardware that is included also seems to be strong and a good quality overall. The door anchor that is used for the resistance bands is an okay quality. It should not be an issue unless there is a large gap between your door and doorframe. It is soft enough that it should not damage your doors so that is a big plus.We were not really needing an arm case for a cell phone but it was a nice extra to have. My son is wanting that but he hasn’t gotten it yet :). I am including photos with my husband’s iPhone XR. Not the Max, just the regular size XR. This arm case will work for our iPhones which are iPhones 10, XR, and 11. However, these newer iPhones are heavier than the older ones so make sure you strap it securely if you are using a newer phone. Also, the back camera is pretty much covered up on the arm band. I can’t imagine that many people would be taking their arm band off to take pictures but just in case, you may have some issues. This phone case will work best with people who have smaller arms. Definitely a nice extra to have included in this kit. The same goes for the cooling towel. My husband has not tried that yet so I can’t really comment on it other than to say that it is a nice extra to have. This kit is small and compact for grabbing and going which is exactly what my husband needed. A drawstring “sack bag” style would be ideal for carrying everything together. This kit has a small one included that holds just the resistance bands but all of this would fit nicely in a bigger bag of the same style. That is what my husband is planning to do with all of the pieces in this kit in order to keep everything together. He is still using the original box for now, until he gets a sack. This is a really great value overall and so far, my husband says he would definitely buy this again.

Excited to use it!
UPDATE AGAIN: 4/27The Velcro on both ankle straps are now useless, and the rip also has gotten bigger from 4/13. Still no word from the seller. Took 1 more star off.UPDATE: 4/13The leg straps that came with it are already starting to wear out fast. The stitching is coming undone. Took another star off.ORIGINAL :It came in 2 days before the estimated arrival date! Thank you!I was worried that it may not come in with all of the the bundle because of the reviews that were on here, but I’m glad to see that it did. So far it looks great and durable, but I will be updating this after using it for a week.I took off one star because of the weight equivalence, but that’s fine. It’s far from what is advertised. Right now with this quarantine, resistance bands are so rare. I’m grateful that I was able to snag one this week. It’s definitely better than not having any!

Just give them your money already...
So, lately I’ve been becoming one with my inner potato and I realized my metabolism is no longer working in my favor. I would go to the gym buuuuut who has the time I’m a single parent and I work full time. Your damn right I want to be a potato but what we want to do is not always what we need to do. So, my brilliant beyond ingenious idea... [insert superhero manly assuring voice] “I will workout at home but.... *shake fists into the air* BUT HOW?!?” So there’s this thing called the internet and I saw resistant bands as a suggestion (because google stalks me and knows I’ve been searching working out at home). Anyways, I was very reluctant to buy any resistant bands because I read horror stories and seen the pics to back it up. So after some extensive research on brands and reviews I went this one and no regerts (Intentional typo)! But I’ve been using them for over a month now and [insert british voice] “Why. I must say I’m rather impressed! Diddly- diddly do!” They're sturdy and well built so my fear of one of these bad boys snapping and ruining my Aphrodite like face is slowly and surely becoming non existent (but the fear will always be there). But I trust this product. But does it work? Yes. It really works.Side note- I don’t use the arm band thingy because it’s cheaply made. I actually put it in a lost and found basket... somewhere.... Anyways, I just got this set because it was cheaper to get this with the smaller resistant bands. Than to buy it separately. And I’m poor.Side side note.... I don’t look like Aphrodite... I look like a potato....

Now I can get a good workout at home
I had twins 8 months ago and have been wanting to work on getting back into shape. Unfortunately I'm not able to go the the gym right now. I had taken my home workouts as far as I could using just body weight but the reps I needed to reach fatigue were getting ridiculous. I was looking for something to increase my intensity without breaking the bank. I love that this comes with so many options. It gives me the ability to get a good intense workout from the comfort of my own home. I'm already seeing improvements in my fitness after just a week of working out with these.
